Bought Boss shoes poorest quality I've seen obviously fakes.

Emailed several times to activate guaranteed return policy and constantly receive a generic email stating they did not recognise my email or my order reference. This is despite them still sending me emails offering discounts for further purchases.

Bought Hugo Boss men’s trainers took ages like ages. Arrived not in a box and was soo fake I’d be embarrassed to do anything with them other than throw in the bin. You get good fakes now that are still of some form of quality but this was pathetic. Tried to get refund multiple times and was ignored! ***Scam scam scam!*** Avoid like Herpies!!!!!!

Yes I got hooked. What a mistake.. hopefully never again... The shoes are a super let down, I think it would be an embarrassment even to give them to a charity shop.
I keep them to remind me to think twice and research who I am buying from.

I bought a bottle of the st moriz 1hr tanning mousse this morning. I left it on for 5hr and after rinsing it off all the tan came off. So disappointed with it.

When you eventually get your order you will find the items are fake . Just like the fake hugo boss trainers of poor quality wrong size no return label and sent in a bag packaging. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS

I have two botles of Tanning mist. I tried one can and nothing misty came out but a streak of oil. What a mess. I tried the second can, ditto. How do i get my money back?
In the past iused L'oreal and another on the shelf. Happy with those. I know how to use it.This is a failure.

Normally buy my fake tan from here with no issues, however I placed an order on the 20th Feb and not had any further information of where my order is yet (12 days ago). I’ve emailed and messaged on social media for updates however I’ve not had any response - the message on instagram has been marked as ‘seen’ but still no response, really disappointing as love their products and normally no issues. Hope to receive an update soon as would like to receive my fake tan!

Been waiting 5 weeks for an order. I’ve been trying to email two different email addresses but both don’t go through to the both email addresses I’ve had no updates from them absolutely worst company if there such company so my advice to anyone who thinks from buying from them stay well clear and buy from a company you are familiar with because these are just a bunch of robbers

Do not touch this bunch with a barge pole. They are a complete fraud. Their products are rubbish. Also returns are impossible. Don't waste your money
