Product came and works really well

Easy purchase. Super fast delivery. Great communication. Purchased the tan remover and it does exactly as it says on the bottle. Dissolves tan on your skin, leave for few mins and rinse off in the shower, no scrubbing needed. Leaves skin soft and ready for next tan application. Definitely recommend.

I'm in dispute with them. Website continually flashes saying order in next 18 hours and receive your order by a specified date (usually 2-3 days) I purchased my order based on that promise as advertised as wanted a selection of products for a Christmas Party. Goods never arrived on that date and actually arrived 3 hours before party (6 days after ordering) so of no use whatsoever. Read the T&C which basically means they have responsibility for nothing, price changes, false advertising (as in my case) to top it off you pay for delivery and you pay if you want to return!!! So basically I have a box full of products, no use to me now don't really need a tan to sit at home and they will not send a free returns label. So there you have it, be warned, website not accurate. There argument is I paid for standard delivery (5 days) my argument is that was the only option of delivery available and what happened to the promise of delivery 3 days earlier when I purchased them to which they keep saying they have no responsibility and as I say T&C state they are not responsible for any advertising so win win for them and consumer is left out of pocket, disappointed and quite frankly very upset with their response and lack of empathy or care for their customer.
