Ive been a member of the strength academy since Feb 2023. In that time, I have worked with different coaches alongside Luke and Tom to get the most from my training to meet my personal goals of strength and weight loss.
The app makes it easy to see workouts, chat to the team and log progress. Community forum on the app is a great addition to hear about the other members as well as get tips and advice from Luke, tom and the other coaches. Video calls with Luke and Tom are always full of info, tips and offer a good space to ask questions about our training and recovery.
6 stone lighter and fitter in my 40s than I was in my 30s.
So what ever your goals get involved folks!

Great community and my coach is quick to respond for the most part, even though it's an online coach it still feels like a a connection with my coach.

I am Jon and I have been a member of the academy since jan 23 and live on the little island of guernsey.
Joining the academy was the best decision I have ever made, right from the first week I new I made the right decision to come aboard and be apart of a committee all wanting the same thing , to get stronger, build muscle, loose weight and be accountable for ourselves. we are all here for one another.
Myself, and my progression, before joining the academy I competed in a few comps locally and placed 3rd and 4th in the open category (on island once a year) and a powerlifting lifting comp in the Uk witch I had a total of 605kg over 3 lifts at 105kg body weight.
Since joining the academy, I have competed 3 more times locally and have placed 1st and 2nd , I then with the help from the coaches decided to go to the U.K. and compete.
This resulted in taking my first U.K. opens win, very proud moment, and then turned 40 years of age, we as a team decided that we were going to go for the title of britain’s strongest master, this was not my time I placed 8th out of 28 and left with a hamstring injury, the team at the academy got behind me and 5 months later I was at Englands strongest master competing with the best again and had my coach right next to me helping me thro ever part of that day.
New Year’s Eve of 2025 I received an email that I never could believe, an invitation to the Arnold’s strongman master competition in Ohio USA.
I placed 8th out there and completed a 365kg x 4 trap bar deadlifts raw, and a yoke of 400+kg. A I wore my stoltman hoodie with pride as well as my guernsey flag.
The main things that I am trying to say here is I have the best trainers with having access to a 3 x world strongest man , 2 x Europes strongest man 50+ like minded people I can drop a message or ask the question in one of the many live video links we have had as a team.
My 1-1 coach knows me and my body better than I do and I know soon enough we will take a major U.K. tile.

I have been with the academy for a year and a half, the support I have got from both Luke and Tom, along with the coaches has been class! Nothing is too much trouble and the community is so helpful and supportive!
I’ve been through several different challenges, Hyrox, marathon, strongman and all my coaching towards these events have been amazing.
So doesn’t matter if it’s fat loss, strength, strongman, or even rehabilitation the academy will be able to help!
I’m loving my journey and can’t wait to keep progressing and see how far I can go!

I joined the academy a few years back to begin my strongman journey at 47 years old. In my time with the Stoltman Strength Academy, I have been on the podium 4 times, qualified.for Nationals and most recently received an invite to World Strength Games 2026. Now at 50 years old, I am literally the strongest I've ever been. This is all due to the academy. The coaches are amazing, and really listen to what your needs and goals are. They will guide you the whole time with their vast knowledge. There is no one size fits all program here. The academy has also built a strong community of very supportive people all pushing themselves and each other to reach their goals. If you're looking to reach that next level in your training, whether it be Strongman, powerlifting, weight loss or what have you; Stoltman Strength Academy is the place for you!

Current member of Stoltman academy and have been since December 2023 and can honestly say joining the academy has been the best decision I’ve ever made. The advice and knowledge provided by Tom, Luke and all the coaches is second to none. I have been lucky enough to have had an opportunity to train with Tom and Luke through being part of the academy which was an experience I’ll remember for the rest of my life. If you’re looking to be the best version of yourself then the academy is where you want to be!!!!!

Have been in the academy for almost half a year now and the progress has been amazing, I have doubled most of my core lifts with the feedback and support of the stoltmans and team.

It's all in a very easy to use app that keeps you right with all things training and nutrition. It's also more than just coaching as they don't expect you to be hitting everything 100% of the time like other coaches I've had and instead work with you to make sure you are working to your goals safely but efficiently while also being human and making sure you are doing okay and making adjustments where needed to reflect when life throws a couple of challenges our way.

It's more than access to the worlds strongest brothers, with the right effort and mindset it's access to the worlds strongest you!
