I received an incorrect item. I contacted Mariana, she apologized and sent a return authorization so the return will be seamless and free on my end. She replied to say, the correct item is on it’s way and had it sent overnight!

One thing they need to look into, is to accept all credit cards internationally.

I needed to confirm an order. Using live chat I provided Jose M with the order number and invoice number and he confirmed the order.

I tried to order online. I was having problem so I just gave up. Then the next day I saw email from Mariana from Customer Service. She was able to help me and I was able to order what I wanted. Very happy customer. Now just waiting for my order. THANK YOU!!!

As a diabetic, the prices of tiny, but necessary test strips, can be blinding. These people offer great product prices and excellent products with great expiration dates. So deeply appreciated when you are really working to manage your diabetes.

Bought an item online after a phone call with Maria. She was very helpfull finding the proper item that I was looking for. Easy proces, the item was supposed to come in 10-14 days, but hit my apartment after 3 days. Great service.

Great customer service and a trustworthy company. Always know that I will get my supplies in a timely manner and that help is there when I need it. Only reason it’s four stars and not five is their website is badly in need of updates and I’ve had payment processing issues.

This is my first order with your company. I was having difficulty receiving a confirmation email and a confirmation key to complete my register. I was helped with the first and am still waiting for the latter. Thank you for your help.

Read reviews before buying from this company. They are scaming people. I never received my order. I called to see where it was and they said it got delivered to wrong address. They said I should have my order in 3 business days a week later still nothing. I called again to see what was going on and they put me on hold for a half hour. So I hung up and called back. They put me on hold again and told me they have to call me back. Well no call back and still no order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two times. First all went right. But the second time they send it to great britain even I am in Germany. How is it possible. I wrote them multiple times but they don't care. DON'T BUY BY THEM! SCAM!
Because I think they don't send the second time the right things and send it to the wrong adresses.
I will BUY AT AMAZON again.

I had a terrific experience with mobility equipment. They had the part that i thought i needed. Jose, with customer support responded to the live chat in a timely fashion, and reached out to the manufacturer with the information I provided and confirmed the part was compatible with my equipment. I would recommend mobility equipment, and will look here for my future DME needs.
