I purchased the 12 piece set. And I love it.

I am very pleased with the entire transaction. I wanted 4 more small plates for a set I bought in 2024. They agreed to sell me the four even though they usually only sell it in a set.
I received the package today and was amazed at the extreme packaging. It absolutely guaranteed that none of the plates could be broken in shipping. I will definitely recommend Stone+Lain for the top quality products and the excellent customer service.

We chipped a couple dinner plates taking them out of the dishwasher. I emailed product support and they graciously allowed me to order 2 dinner plates, despite their policy of selling an entire set. I hope they continue to allow purchases of individual items, since people aren’t perfect and sometimes break things.

This was probably the worst financial/shopping decision that I have made to date to purchase this dinnerware set. The quality is so bad. You can’t use a fork or knife on these plates. Or even spoons in the soup bowls. Your silverware leaves a residue on each plate that doesn’t wash off. The plates look so bad. I would have been better off shopping at ikea for my dishes.

It was easy to order a replacement item. Fast and courteous email responses. Pleasant to deal with.

Very nice set of dinnerware and happy with the purchase. Came nicely packed with no damage. Great quality.

Plate broke on first use from the heat of eggs scrambled over low heat to retain moisture. Couldn’t have been warmer than 100 degrees. Just trash workmanship.

I really wish there were "accessories" to purchase that matched the dishes such as sugar bowl; creamer; serving bowls. And the dishes appear to get marks if someone scrapes their fork on them while eating or if they cut their food with a knife.

This company is a model for excellent customer service. When I damaged a bowl from a newly acquired set of stoneware, I contacted Stone + Lain for help getting a replacement and was immediately contacted by customer service to make the arrangements. The bowl arrived in perfect condition a few days later, making me whole again. I highly recommend this company, their products, and their stellar resolution to my inquiry!

I ordered 3 - four piece sets of a gold rim dinner sets. When we received the order, we opened and found many almost all pieces had issues with the gold rim, as well as other blemishes, almost appearing as if they were used and returned. I am still waiting to hear back from your customer service to understand how this will be resolved, I would like a refund asap . I also debated on keeping the pieces that could be used, but of the three different sets I couldn’t make one full set without blemishes.

Everything came in tact, no chips or breaks.

I had a dinner plate that got chipped and needed to replace it. Contacted Customer Service and they agreed to sell me just one plate. When I receive my order, turned out to be a salad plate. I contacted customer Service and they resolve the issue quickly and sent me out a dinner plate.

Amazing, one of the plates got broken during delivery and they sent a replacement just in time for Christmas! Thank you so much!

It was easy to order online and the communications from processing to delivery were great. The dinner sets arrived in perfect condition.

Great shipment. Arrived packaged well. The plates and bowls are beautiful, sturdy, well stackable, microwaveable, dishwasher safe…everything we were looking for. It’s just like what we expected based on the description on the website.

I really like the overall look and style of the Stone + Lain dishware set—it feels modern and elevates the table nicely. The pieces are sturdy and have a good weight to them, which makes them feel high quality.

That said, I did notice a few blemishes on some of the plates. On one of the bottoms, it was chipped and there were a few blemishes on top of the plates that were rough, which was disappointing. Another thing I wasn’t expecting is that the silverware leaves visible marks on the dishes after use, and it happens across all the pieces. It doesn’t affect functionality, but it does take away from the pristine look.

Even with those issues, the set is still beautiful and practical. Just be aware of those small imperfections if you’re looking for flawless finishes.
