Total scam! Don’t believe anything they tell you

do not work with this company ,you will never get your money back. they just still your money and leave you with empty packets.

It’s a scam, they use your phone trough the Skype or any desk sharing and get into your bank and quite you to send them money trough the bitcoins using cash app. They play you around and take your money. Nothing to get back. Names are changing

It is a scam. I opened an account in September.
Customer service contacted me and I transferred money by PayPal. After waiting a week, the so-called Account Manager called me and taught me how to use the platform. It was promised to me, that I could contact him as much as I needed for the first month and then once a week. He did not keep appointments most of the time and then disappeared. However, I was managing well and doubled my investment 2 times in the first month. Time to enjoy the fruits of my work came, right? Nope. I tried to transfer my money and the transaction stayed pending from November.
I was able to get back my initial investment through PayPal leaving all the money I made as an investment and was hoping that it was some honest mistake on the FXStone platform side. Unfortunately, no answer was given to me by email, nobody picked up my phone calls. My profit was still growin. I did well for Beginner Trader. Unfortunately, my access to the platform was denied a week ago. The system states that my pass and user name are invalid. I use my credentials every day and the chance that I do not remember them is one to 100 million. After I tried to "recover" my proper password, the system said that my email was not registered. So FX Stone knows all the tricks to steal money from people. I lost the time and the hope. Nobody contacted me back after 100s emails and phone calls. They took all the money I made plus my promise and my well-deserved bonus.
I reported them to the FBI and opened an account on a legitimate platform. I hope this review will help people to avoid this scammers. By the way, their 5 starts reviews are fake. Stay away from these scammers, please!

People, please don't send any money to anyone who is promising you to trade big. They use this FXSTONE FINANCIAL to take your money and will make all kinds of fake promises, that you will get your money back. ONCE YOU SEND YOUR MONEY, SAY GOOD BYE TO THEM FOREVER.
Also GOOGLE "PIG BUTCHERING FRAUD"
and you will see many more scam stores.

Unfortunately it’s a scam. Lost quite a bit with them. They talk like they know what they’re talking about. But your money is theirs. Surprisingly I pulled out the first time. Planning to continue this I invited some friends to join. As the account reached a nice number they told me I have to pull out a %. We made the transfer then nothing. They are asking me for more money to be able to transfer this money. Btw the broker gave his own money to me. At least that’s what he said. Makes you feel guilty for not sending him the money to pull out your money. 100% scam. I did everything they asked and I lost all of my money. And friends did as well. The only light at the end of this tunnel is a train. Everything is a red flag and not legal. Lesson learned. I hope this message helps. Don’t invest! Save yourself the heartache

Don't be naive, don't be stupid. Like the previous reviewer mentioned, they run their ad on Facebook. Nobody speaks English. They claim they live in Switzerland and English is not their language, they work allegedly by US time and all other bs. They will convince you to open an account on their platform for only $250 which you can take back at any time (which will never happen). They will start with Forex which is trading of currencies of different countries with small profits like $20-30. All these is also fake, you just see the screen of trading going on and it doesn't really exist, like a movie playing for you. Your balance will go up to $700-800 at some point, meanwhile they call you every day from different US numbers and work on you by convincing that you will be participating in big trading soon making big money. In few weeks they will tell you that it is a TIME!!!!! So open a crypto wallet and transfer the money to the platform.( It is your account but it is really not) $5000-10000. And when you do so, you can say "good by" to what you just transferred. You won't be able to find anyone, call anyone, talk to anyone. Your money will be shown on the account but you cant reach them, touch them, smell them or hug them. THEY ARE GONE FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total SCAM…. Made my initial $250 dollar investment. My account balance grew to $403.74 in a week. When I wanted to pull my initial $250 out they wiped out my balance to -$48 dollars and are now telling me that I lost my money. F’*#% THESE GUYS. TOTAL SCAM..!!!

You will lose the money. This is a scheme targeting your money. You can't trust any positive review. It is a fraud and scam. FXstone runs their ad through Facebook. They call and text using "What's up" using different telephone numbers. No brokers information could be found on-line. The minute you ask to transfer your money back, the money disappears from your account. DO NOT TRUST scummers Dmitry Linn, Dmitriy Novikov, Anastasiya, Evgeniy. They all have very limited English. They have very few reviews on internet. This company can be marked as a scam.

I have tried to contact you all for several days now and no one is contacting me back . I need help. My mentor has totally ignored me now for over week and took my money and won't help me. Anthony King is his said name. I just want my money that I invested with you all and want answers to my questions I have . I would have loved to stay with this company if I wouldn't get ripped off . So for the love of God can someone please contact me back . I have sent several emails to the said email.

Horrible experience with broker! Invested money not refundable. If you decide to take credit from them to start investing you won’t be able to withdraw your profit unless credit is paid off but you can’t use your profit $$$ to payoff credit. Ridiculous isn’t it? Bunch of scammers that’s all I can say.

Well, I have no idea why my expierence is different then others.I joined this platform looked to me simple .And I like simple things in my life.Unfortunately I discovered ; 1.There is no communication from them,no good contact info.I sent email with my concerns last Friday, today is Tuesday and still no answer.
2.No promised account manager. According to my calculation every member should get 2h a week.I am new in trading,I place small amount of money ( thanks God) to test platform ,and I was promised to get help.During 2 weeks my so called manager called me 5 times for average 20 minutes per conversation . He did not teach me the most important thing; prevent the loss, resulting the lost 25% of my account.He did not keep appointments; many times calling supriselly next day and being fussy about me being busy at that moment.And I am the mother of desibled child ,so yes, I need to make plans and I need to have plan B ,C and sometimes Z .He was teaching me how to make transaction in company bordelines and, did not answer my call when I needed answer, what to do, when I was loosing money on USD/JPY transaction.
3.The fee is higher that promised.It is still low but it was not explained to me correctly.Agent said 2% from money I made.But it is 13% if I made full automaticly set amount.But since the commission is flat rate, and nobody from this company explained me the billing rules I lost all my money on commissions alone And yes we talking about 25% .So the only party making the money is FX Stone, even if you loose.And I do understand that most brokers works this way and it is ok since they support your leverage but it is not ok to make a promisse and not keep it , like having account manager who is stating that he is expierenced trader assigned to help and teach but he ignores you completely.
4.The 500+ instrument is the myth for me ,well but maybe because nobody showed me how to use them?
Now,yes my English is far away from perfect, but agent and account manager speak my mother language,so there is no way I could missunderstand terms.

I stopped investing and I am going to transfer my money to different platform.If I figure out how because i still wait for any sign of life from them.Do yourself favor and keep away.
