Ordering was simple and I received the product promptly

I ordered a tile sample as I was preparing for a bathroom remodel project. Not only did shipping take longer than expected, but once received it was the wrong tile. It didn't instill much trust, so unfortunately I won't be ordering anything else.

Prompt and courteous service - good prices too

Kathy was so helpful with my search for a backsplash tile. When the sample I ordered didn't meet my needs, she was ready with some alternatives. I would do business with her again.

I ordered a matte white tile, but received an Antique Gray semi matte tile.

Buyers BEWARE!!! shop somewhere else, I placed an order , could not get a ship date, cancelled the order and was charged a return fee, i did not receive the order I cancelled the order not returned it, they live for the fees. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I paid a significant amount for my marble tile 4 months ago and still don't have it. There are known issues with the freight company and I wasted 3 full days for scheduled deliveries which never occurred. I've requested a refund for which there has been no response other than we're working with the freight company. It looks like I'm going to have to pursue legal action.

I ordered two pallets of 20 mm porcelain pavers. There was not a single chip or crack on any of them. All corners intact. Great communication throughout the process.

We placed an order for a small batch of tiles last week and had paid for the tiles and shipping. After hearing about our mission, the good folks at Stone Tile Depot donated the entire order. Wow! I ordered five samples. I received two of them. I sent an email to my sales representative, asking when my other three samples will arrive. He said he showed that they were all delivered to my house. I told him that there were only two samples in the box and I'm still waiting for three.
After still not hearing anything from him, I called and spoke with another rep, who said that the shipping manager was looking into it. I never, ever received another word or my samples. I sent an email asking for my shipping feedback. Haven't heard a thing.

I was able to order a full size tile to sample which arrived quickly. Matt followed up to make sure I'd received the sample and see if I needed any help.

Stone Tile Depot has a great selection of terracotta tile where this material is not prevalent in the Washington, DC area. They are knowledgeable and were helpful in multiple tile projects in my home.
