Stone Tile Depot Reviews

Had great experience working with Matt @ Stone Tile Depot. Thanks Matt!
It's our first time ordering from them.
Product came in very well packaged and with NO defects or damage. Thank you!
We use them for our laser engraving business for memorials. It turned out wonderfully!
The only complaint we have is the shipping!

The tiles from Stone Tile Depot arrived promptly and in great condition. It was convenient to have the tiles delivered to home.

Matt was amazing on getting our shipment to us. Great experience. Will definitely use them again. Probably pretty soon

They have great customer service and very easy to deal with.

Kathy and the team did an amazing job helping to rush an order for me. We were five tiles short for a shower, they got it to me with in days. Highly recommend.

Matt was a great help in getting my tile from another warehouse. He helped with a sample tile so I could be sure the colors were correct. Matt also coordinated an early pick up time for me which made a huge difference in the whole process.
The Fairfax showroom is stunning as well!
Positive experience all around.

Matt was very easy to work with; his communications and follow up were great. The tiles I ordered were the exact size and color I was looking for, were delivered as promised and looked just like the sample I ordered ahead of time. Shipping was quick and everyone at the pick up location was very helpful. Great customer service!

Samples came quickly and Matt reached out to help walk us through the options. He took great care of us and helped us pick a beautiful tile!

Quick and easy responses and ordering. very professional to work with. Great tile!

My client wanted a specific tile for her bathroom and we needed it quickly. Kathy was instrumental in helping me get the order placed for the correct product, and processing it, and working with John to expedite it to get shipped out extra quickly. I am so grateful. I would highly recommend this company. Incredible customer service. Thank you. Sue (Interior Designer)

Found these "marble" porcelain tiles online. We were replacing a small amount of old wood baseboard after a remodel. Great choice!

Matt was very responsive and helpful throughout the tile selection process. He ensured the samples arrived timely and pulled together a quote quickly. Super helpful!

Matt was really helpful in finding us a less expensive shipping option for our tile. The tile arrived quickly and safely. We appreciate all his help.

The Customer Service via the phone to place my small order was amazing especially since I had a smaller order that was still handled with great care. I really appreciated the updates for the shipment as well!

I was pleasantly surprised to find their sample was a whole tile. I typed in wrong zip code on form and a person responded quickly to get the correct one. Professional, quick, and quality.

Good product and price.

I only ordered one sample to put over a gap in the blinds in my bedroom and it worked pretty well. The tile is beautiful and simple in design, which is what I wanted. I was grateful that I could order just the sample and did not have to have a larger project in the works, which would necessitate a large order. The ordering and delivery process was seamless.
