The staff were very helpful from the moment we entered the office.
We were able to purchase packing equipment and a padlock. Everything was readily available, which made it easier for us.
Staff continued throughout our interaction with helping and advising us of the storage unit available to ensure we had the correct size.
A printout of fhe site and our unit was was also available to direct us.

The staff are super helpful, prompt in their replies and friendly. The only thing that sucks is the pricing isn’t particularly clear. There was a special on the webpage but you couldn’t see what the usual price is. It’s kind of like a car dealership, it seems like POA. Facilities are tidy, clean and well maintained.

I've used Storage King new Lynn before and experienced the same high standard of service. The driveways and storage areas are absolutely clean, uncluttered and well organised.

Was great when I signed up how ever iv was asked to pay for a month I had already paid lucky I had a record and checked and called then when I gave notice I was invoiced $119 then was told I had to pay $350 I rang to sort this the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not help with my concern, will never use the services here again after that she was rude and hung up on me I would not recommend using new Lynn storage king once you give notice they are very rude and unprofessional

For a first timer renting storage, the customer service person was very helpful and made the process easy. I was also moving houses this day, and highly stressed however the team made sure everything was smooth for me.

I had also enquired online and requested a call back, I received the call back however I was at work and missed the call. Her name is Kennedy, she was very persistent and texted me, so we sorted everything via text which is so handy!

You had storage available when I needed it and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Service is great. My storage is still safe and all good
