The customer service was just top notch absolutely awesome.
The storage unit that was quoted for us as per our discussion was perfect size for the amount of gears.
Just all in all was a great experience and would highly recommend to others.

On the day - Storage Kind Ruakura managed to assist the movers get into the Unit.
As I was not there, they kept the padlock key for me to collect later in the week.

Highly recommended
Hassle free, straight forward and concise information and guidelines. All done efficiently. We were moving house and down to the very last stage and needed storage space. We were first timers and I found staff friendly and helpful, and accomodating. The office staff were able to find storage space ‘on the spot’. We’ve had no issues with coming and going to our unit (which was clean and more spacious than we thought). It is a well operated and safe storage clfavility. Also we were invited to call an after hours centre if we had any issues. So glad to be with this team at Onehunga, thank you. I have had a great experience here and highly recommend to other customers seeking storage space.
