Narelle was superb - very helpful and understanding.

Very helpful, good instructions on how to use the facility security. Very accomodating as they allowed me to do most of the paperwork via email, which was a godsend because it was difficult for me to get to the actual facility. And they have an arrangement with the removalists I used which meant I didn't have to do any of the heavy lifting either!! Excellent service.

I work in a large corporate company and we always sell ourselves on service. I am always surprised when using a service or buying a product how many times I get bad service when someone doesn't seem to be interested in working or don't seem like they value you as a customer. Unfortunately, it feels like sometimes this is the norm and the service we all seem to get at times. So those are cases of how you can get bad service and Storage King Canning Vale is the example of what customer service should really be.

From the first contact with Ruby, she was always helpful with my enquiry and gave me the information I needed. She followed up with calls when I requested and helped all the way up to my arrival and booking.

When I arrived, Ruby was helpful showing me around the options of units but throughout she was happy, smiling and friendly on a partially grey day. When I went to the office to do the paperwork I met Brenda and she was as friendly as Ruby and was a pleasure to talk with her and have a little joke. Both Ruby and Brenda were welcoming, friendly and so helpful and I left thinking now that is what service should be.

Storage King are lucky to have such great people working in one of their branches. But it shows when you have great people working for your business how good an experience a customer can have.

Great service given at Storage King. We were pushed for time and needed a lockup super quick. Storage King went above and beyond to accomodate our needs at such a stressful time. I can't Thank them enough or show my gratitude to them. 'Brenda' was compassionate and sensitive to our situation. A Big Thank you.

We were very impressed with Storage King,Canningvale. Ruby was very helpful, polite and informative. We had the use of a large storage truck, free of charge for transporting. The storage rates were competitive too. I would highly recommend .

Moving trolleys are not up to the standard nd needs replacement I believe..

Staff were so helpful, unit lovely and clean, trolley available to help transfer things from car to unit. Access to the units is easy (roads wide) and having insurance available when signing up, so convenient.
