Storage King Australia - Fyshwick Reviews 

We were shown two storage options by the Manager. He was open, honest and most of all pragmatic. He understood our storage requirements, he listened to what we required and meet the requirements!

Customer service was great

The customer experience at Storage King Fyshwick could not be better. The people who work there are extremely friendly and responsive. If I missed their call, they would follow up immediately with a text message so that questions could be answered quickly. They made the storage service extremely easy to understand and use. Every time I visited the office to purchase boxes, someone from the office would carry the boxes out and put them in my car. The staff were consistently friendly, no matter who I interacted with. They even welcomed me and my dog in for a visit of the storage space before I moved in.

Opening and closing accounts was super easy and each time the staff member was very helpful and friendly. Would use again if/when needed

A breakdown of options was given to me to enable me to select the correct storage unit for my needs. Great customer service on all matters.

As a 'first-timer' I was pleased how easy the whole experience proved to be. Manager Paul,showed us around, explained all & was very helpul. As this site also had power available if needed (a product not offered with others) this proved the clincher.

The team at Fyshwick and Hume were extremely helpful and professional. Any queries I had were discussed and answered promptly and they gave good, useful advice. I finally decided to use the Fyshwick location and the team there could not have been more helpful. Very happy with my experience with Storage King.

Evasive pricing scheme. Got me to fill the paperwork out and then upon finalisation informed me of the cleaning fee.
I’m paying for a storage cage your entire job is to make sure it’s empty and clean. If I leave it a mess charge me. As a result once I free up I will move my items to another facility. It’s the principle

This is a warning
to new and exciting customers of storage king I was a customer of Rent a Space not a long ago me my partner told us we have move our belongings we had to find a new provider for us to store our belongings after rent a space said and a i quote some how me and my partner was abusive to the rent a space employees in fact we wore just been kind then we had 3 weeks to move our belongings it was one week and three days because we didn’t have the money to hire a removalest because we had problems with our bank we couldn’t our belongings then a nsw police officer rang me and said I quote he was going to arrest me for intimidation then said if we didn’t pick our belongings they will mark them as abandoned with rent a space and storage king are as one because this has happen to us we have been black flagged from both company’s even they have black flagged all our family and friends I wouldn’t be customer of storage king or rent a space they are just lies so keep away plus they are the one company just under 2 different names and abn numbers I call B S!!!!!!!! On storage king’s reply about having no association with rent a space 🤢🤮🤢🤮
