Its been very stressful packing up my home, not knowing where I would go once my house was sold. When I called storage king and spoke to Julie she was so friendly reassuring and helpful. I felt that at least storing all my belongings wasn't going to be a big deal. The storage unit is clean secure and big enough to hold all my household possessions.

Super easy to deal with, and all staff very friendly, and very mindful of social distancing and hygiene. There were ample sanitising options provided and I felt very safe in the office and on the premises.

Very courteous, friendly, professional and helpful staff. Contract set up without hassle. The storage unit was clean and easily accessible. Access to site was easy and the while premises was secure. Easy finish to the contract as well. Would use again.

All the team at Fyshwick have been fantastic. I had a difficult situation with a mover truck and need access at strange times and a lot of other things and nothing has been too much trouble for them absolutely nothing, and all done with a smile on their face, and in their voice over the phone. Id go so far as to say it was the best service I have ever had, in any place.

Have used Storage King, Fyshwick before. Very helpful staff on a very hot day.

Staff were very efficient and helpfull. We were very happy with whole experience

Had small storage reserved a day before and the next day after we arrived at facility they couldn’t find our booking but they said they it will sort it out in a few minutes. However there was a glitch with the computer system but the team worked really hard to make up for the delay and even organised us a bigger storage for the same price just to get us going quickly as we were running a little late that morning.

Great customer service. Cleanliness of premises and storage area's are great. Excellent that they also have trolleys for customers to use for free when moving goods around.

Storage King were amazing but the Removalists they recommended ripped me off big time....I was extremely disappointed

Excellent, cheerful and professional service.

Offered me 12 months storage of my vintage vehicle for a price $X, which is about triple the price of a previous lockable storage that I had in Melbourne for my vehicle. I accepted that maybe Canberra is more expensive. Only after I brought my car to storage on a flatbed truck am I told that my car will just be parked outside against a fence. They then offered me lockable, container storage for more than double the price. They had my car and I was stuck. This is borderline extortion. I was forced to upgrade at that moment. I give 2 stars rather than 1 as the manager at least offered me one month's storage at the base price to allow me some time to find a better company to store my vehicle. It still cost me an additonal $500 for another truck to move it out of your storage, so not happy at all.
