Storage King Australia - Kambah Reviews 

Young lady on the phone was a gem. Easy rapport, confident, friendly.

All the ins and outs connected to using the storage facilities at Kambah were fully explained in a most helpful, welcoming and cheerful manner. The whole process went very smoothly. Happy to recommend the facility to anyone needing to store their possessions.

The staff are really helpful and polite and the whole place is clean and tidy👌

I was grateful for the patience that Sachin showed as he assisted me in getting my camper into the garage.

The staff have been knowledgeable and professional whereas the toilet available for customer use is filthy and needs to be cleaned

A very well run and organised storage facility

I have used storage king in Goulburn, Hume and now Kambah ,all have been a high and consistent standard .I my took a lease at the beggining of January and now there is a promotion for one month free storage which I was not offered , think this could be done better. Either the manager brings it the customers attention or it is a more a monthly offer ? Thank you for the time to put my opinion forward.

I study full time during the day and only have spare time in the evenings. I have a warehouse rented at Storage King.

I inquired on the possibility of lights being installed and was told I’d get a call back the following day. A month has now passed and I’m still yet to hear anything.

I called and inquired again and was told that I’d receive a follow up.

Another week has passed and yet again, yet to receive any form of correspondence.

Since providing the initial feedback, my viewpoint has changed significantly.
I have decided to revise my rating and include a new review due to the substantial improvements to customer service that I've subsequently received.

This review's title could likely be misconstrued.
Therefore, I wish to elaborate on and clarify what "being Rob'ed" means.

I was contacted by the newly appointed facility manager, Robert Ingram, shortly after I posted my initial review.
Before my interactions with him, I was unimpressed by the complete lack of reciprocal contact.
As a result of the abysmal customer service, I anticipated that the situation would only deteriorate and was adamant about moving my storage needs elsewhere.
After exchanging several emails with Rob, I have realised that Storage King has made an excellent choice in appointing him as the facility's new manager.

Thanks to Rob, my overall impression and sincere opinion of the company have substantially improved.
In addition to resolving all of my initial concerns, he has handled subsequent issues with the same timeliness and professionalism.
I am now a satisfied and complaint-free customer who is proud to rent from Storage King in Kambah!
Robert Ingram is an exceptional representative and asset for Storage King.
As long as he is around, I am confident I will never encounter another unresolved problem again.

To put things into perspective, I currently rent storage units from several of Storage King's local and interstate competitors.
Under its new management, Storage King Kambah provides the best service and customer care out of all of them.
Without a doubt, I will experience fewer headaches and save money with Rob in charge of the facility.
In general, renting from Storage King is now a perfect experience.

I cannot recommend Storage King in Kambah highly enough to anyone reading this who is looking for storage options in Canberra.
They are the largest storage facility in Canberra and will surely have the ideal unit for your needs.
They rent out various vehicles and sell high-quality boxes at surprisingly low prices.
They can also connect you with trusted, reliable removalists offering competitive rates.

Perhaps you are planning a move, need additional space, or are dissatisfied with your current storage provider.
Irrespective of the reasons, contact the storage kings of Kambah to have your storage dilemmas resolved.
They will go above and beyond to take care of you, and hopefully, you'll get Rob'ed, just like me!

From my initial visit with Tracy, who booked my unit in advance, and happily presented me with the bonus boxes, to Satchin (spelling? 🤞) readily changing my booking to a larger unit, as I realised how small my new home is. Then, after all my moving expenses, I was unable to pay my next month's rental for a few days (pay day), and Ray/Roy (😊), was very understanding. As I noted how great Tracy, Satchin and he himself had been, I went to suggest that I'd be happy to provide positive feedback to the Manager - he is the Manager, and was very happy that his employment and training processes had been so effective! 10/10 - Storage King, Kambah, ACT 😊.

Paid two months in advance in cash, man tried to short change us $30 , gave us $10 instead of $40. Not even sorry, obviously was going to pocket it from the company. Now just received a bill to pay the next month, even though it is already paid. What is wrong with their system. Storage shed was dirty and had to wait until it was cleaned. Very poor all around.

Everything worked well. No problems.
