Gary did quite well considering your computers were playing up.
But I still haven't recived a recipt for my first month payment.

Hassle free, friendly helpful always. I have never felt spoken down to and not feel afraid to ask them any concerns. Really great customer service all round from this location. Used them on & off regularily. Many thanxs.

Service, staff, and facilities are all great.

However, I turned up on my third visit to my storage unit only to find another padlock on the door. I called the duty manager who came up and removed it, but no reason as to why it had been put on. When we opened the roller door, I noticed that it was warping as it reached the top, and there were “dings” on the door as if it had been run into with a pallet jack or similar.
The duty manager did offer me another unit, however, I had too many boxes already in the unit, so declined his offer.
I’m just wondering why I wasn’t contacted when the extra padlock was put on.

Storage King made my move so much easier. The facility is spotless, incredibly secure, and the staff were absolute legends helping me find the right unit size. Simple sign-up and easy access. Highly recommend!

Karen was lovely and very helpful. She showed me what I needed and also gave me all the information which made is easy for me to make my decision. The best part of this was that she mentioned I could use the Van to move my stuff.

I had a great experience at Storage King Prestons. Damain, the store manager, was extremely kind and helpful, provided very clear information, and answered all my questions patiently. The facility was also very easy to access. Highly recommended.

Storage facility itself is immaculate with easy access and lots of room to be able to unload and move around, also incredibly helpful having easy access to trolleys and lifts.
Denise and Gary have been nothing but amazing, so incredibly helpful and kind, at a stressful time made organising and moving items into storage a little less daunting, so thank you especially Denise!

HAD A VERY EASY AND EFFORTLESS LOADING UP OF OUR STUFF IN OUR RENTAL SPACE

Have my stuff stored at Prestins store, from the manager to the staff i have dealt with have all been excellent, friendly, super helpful. Facility is clean, trolleys are good big lifts.. i can highly recommend Prestons as a place to use.
