Product was as described and shipping was prompt. I contacted them, via chat, to see if I could return an unopened item. I explained that I wanted to buy a more expensive version. The agent was a little upset with me for wanting to return the item. In the end, I was able to return the product for a 90% refund.

I was in a pinch and needed to order some high end HPE SSD drives for a big server project for a client. I found Storage Parts Direct online. I reached out via chat to their expert Mike and discussed the drives, their availability, and quantities. We needed 18 of them for this project. Mike said they had them in stock and would ship on the same day if I put the order in. He also secured an additional discount on the drives. The drives arrived in a few days and we were off to the races. This was a seamless transaction and we saved some money.
