Great secure storage units that were well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful and were always available by email or phone call when needed. No complaints and would highly recommend.

Had my things in storage for 3-4 months during house move in Paisley. No issues with vault, it was dry and secure. My only recommendation would be if I did it again I'd book a ground floor vault, even if it meant booking 2 as 2nd floor ones are bigger, as moving so much furniture up and down lifts was massive inconvenience - but that was with what I was storing, not with service.

Staff were super friendly, even though I didn’t have a clue how to get back out the gate lol. Highly recommend 5 stars all the way.

Great container and easy to work with people.

All ran smooth with set up, instructions straightforward s x clear. Everything in order at the space, served its purpose and absolutely no complaints.

Have always had a great experience with storage vault; Staff are so helpful and friendly. The facility itself is kept dry and clean, so have never had doubts about leaving my belongings.

I can't comment of facility but given that continuous circular click for quote... I gave up. Its not difficult to design a e-commerce site therefore I can only guess to how poor the rest of the admin Is.

100% amazing customer service used the storage vault in a time of desperation due to sale of house not going through on time the staff have been amazing but stefini I must mention has made this a more relaxed journey and very helpful customer service 10/10

I have nothing but pure gratitude and praise for this company and the member of staff they have in the East Kilbride branch, from entry date to leaving date it was nothing more than perfection, Nyree was always very professional, polite, and always willing to help, never a day went by when she didn't have a cheery disposition and smile on her face, she explains everything you need to know in great but simple detail, very easy to understand, she always takes her time to welcome you onto branch property, making sure your needs are seen to, if and when needs be I will surely be returning to the East Kilbride branch, can't thank Nyree enough, best customer service and staff member I've ever had the pleasure to meet.

So easy to set up a viewing before committing and the onboarding process was smooth and fast. Facility in better condition than other more expensive suppliers we considered.

Staff were really helpful and made sure unit was high enough. Really easy to access and no issues. Trollies to use at door for heavier items.

Pushy sales tactics, got attributed the very furthest unit at the end of a very long corridor when several other units of the same size were available immediately by the entrance during my check-in and throughout the tenancy (what was phone staff thinking when they allocated that unit, I almost feel it was just bad faith retribution or gross abuse of power), lack of trolleys or badly-functioning small trolleys, cold units bordering damp conditions. I would not recommend.

Dionne and Colin made hiring the unit very easy and were kind enough to price match another company’s initial offer. Premises were clean and well maintained and offered much more flexibility in opening hours that other places which was ideal for our needs. The unit was extremely helpful for during our house move and I won’t hesitate to recommend Storage Vault to others.

Had my belonging stored at the Paisley Branche. Never had any issues there and the facility is well organised, clean and easy accessible. Would use this facility again in the future.

Excellent service. Was shown different units then it was a very easy process to secure a unit. Staff in Dundee (both Colin and Dionne) were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Really good company, even when I embarrassingly locked my keys inside. Every member of staff I had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly.

Storage facility was great. Great access, nice lockups dry and spacious. Kept informed all throughout the contract period of pricing and schedule of payments.
Easy to navigate website and emails. Would use again.
