Commande pour un maillot qui devait arrivé entre 5 et 10 jours. Sans nouvelle de leur part je les contact pour savoir si le maillot sera envoyé prochainement et là comme par hasard, ils me répondent 2 jours après que le maillot n'est plus disponible et que je vais être remboursé.
Donc si je ne les avais pas contacté, je n'aurais eu ni réponse, ni maillot. Et à ce jours je n'ai pas reçu mon remboursement encore.

La exclusión del hincha argentino: sistema de entradas FIFA 2026 confuso y angustiante

Estoy destruido.

No es una metáfora: es el resultado de un sistema que dice ser inclusivo pero que, en los hechos, excluye al hincha común.

Al intentar ingresar al sistema oficial de entradas del Mundial FIFA 2026, dentro del plazo vigente del sorteo aleatorio (11 de diciembre de 2025 al 13 de enero de 2026), recibo reiteradamente mensajes como:

“Código inválido”
Introducir el código de inicio de sesión
(error reportado por el propio sistema de FIFA)

Estos fallos, persistentes y sin explicación clara, generan dolor, angustia e impotencia en miles de aficionados que solo buscamos acceder a una entrada popular anunciada públicamente por la FIFA a USD 60, pero que en la práctica resulta inaccesible.

Esta final recién comienza.

Y no es solo una metáfora futbolera: es la realidad del hincha frente a un sistema de tickets opaco y arbitrario.

La FIFA anuncia entradas de USD 60, pero:

el sistema de sorteo aleatorio no permite seleccionarlas de forma directa ni transparente,
no existe la opción de pedir exclusivamente esa categoría económica,
no se puede elegir la fase exacta del torneo, como la segunda ronda (16avos),
y el usuario queda expuesto a que FIFA asigne unilateralmente entradas de USD 150 a USD 250.

Lo más grave es que el sistema exige aceptar débitos automáticos sobre la cuenta o tarjeta del usuario, sin posibilidad real de arrepentimiento o rechazo posterior, aun cuando el precio asignado no coincida con lo que se busca o puede pagar el hincha.

Esto no es una elección libre.

Es un consentimiento forzado, sin información completa ni control efectivo.

Soy argentino.

Y los argentinos sabemos de batallas.

Lo sabemos bien.

Lo hicimos contra Holanda cuando Van Gaal apostó a nuestra derrota.

Lo hicimos en la final contra Francia.

Y lo hicimos en 2023, cuando levantamos la Copa del Mundo.

Hoy tenemos una nueva final:

lograr acceder, de manera justa y transparente, a las entradas populares de USD 60 y enfrentar la arbitrariedad del sistema de entradas de la FIFA.

No pedimos privilegios.

Pedimos reglas claras, información previa y respeto por el hincha que sostiene al fútbol.

Seguiremos reclamando, visibilizando y organizándonos pacíficamente hasta ser escuchados.

El fútbol es del pueblo, no solo de quienes pueden pagar paquetes VIP.

Ordered 3 items. Two were cancelled by store after 12 days. The remaining item is still not delivered after 22 days - it took 17 days to go from creating a label to shipping the item. Never again!

Good game but lags too much and its not my wifi

When im playing seasons online with a friend, we always compete against real madrid, its fun for a couple of games, but everyone chooses real madrid because its too overpowerd. We have had this problem for over half a year now. But they decide to do nothing with it. Fifa thank you for waisting my money. Make your game great again next year.

Writing another review as I still have not received my refund. Mind you the wrong item was sent. I returned it, it was received January 21. At this point this is theft. I received a notification stating that I would receive my refund in 5-10 business days. Its been well over that and I have not gotten anything. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM ANY FIFA SHOP ITS A MASSIVE SCAM.

My boyfriend’s shit on this game, he keeps on getting beat.

Discriminating against disabled people. They said they have accessibility tickets but they don’t, you contact accessibility team and they just send you links to ticket master. I have asked several times how to lodge a complaint and I’m just ignored.

I would give zero stars if it was an option and also wishing I had read reviews on here before ordering. I ordered a jersey for my kid in October as a christmas gift, was charged $20 for shipping. Shipping took several weeks and they sent the wrong size- too small. I have contacted them at least 10 times to exchange/return/refund and everytime get a "we are forwarding your email to the department that can assist you with this" and then CRICKETS. I've tried calling but can't get to a human being, their "chat" option deadends and you can't get a human, and I'm pretty sure emails are also answered by bots. I'm beyond frustrated. I have NEVER spent $100 on a TSHIRT for my child and this was their "big gift." This company is a total scam, only you can't tell because they charge a lot for their inventory and a lot to ship. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a Matildas jersey as a Christmas present. Jersey sent from Panama - but was for the Dutch women's team. They have at least acknowledged that it needs to be returned/refunded though have "system" issues with generating the return label. They want an identity document to create one (I've never needed an identity document to order or post anything in my life so not about to start now). Other info they have already.
0.5 star for sending a jersey on time, 0.5 star for getting the size right. Everything else is a shambles. Have found a Matildas jersey elsewhere (which has arrived) and have everything crossed the bank can sort this hot mess out.

How on earth can Fifa charge around £43 shipping when the football itself is a size 2 childs football at £7.99???? Who on earth is going to be so stupid as to pay that!? No wonder your footballs are all still in stock. Most footballs I've looked for on other sites are all sold out. If I were you I'd re-evaluate how much you're charging people to have their goods shipped. Ridiculous costs!

Fifa for many years now has been terrible, Online game manipulation to make sure you lose the game even though you have all the possession and shot/shot on target the opposite keeper has the game of hes life and they nick a goal in stoppage time, passes that your making going to completely the wrong players and your players out of position and slowing down suddenly, all this to basically make you spend spend spend, fifa today is just a huge un enjoyable con, 0 stars if there was such a thing.
