I received the 360 photo booth. However, the carrying case came damaged. The company promptly rectified the issue and has a new one on the way to me.

Best customer service experience!! I had an issue so i contacted them and i got an immediate response!! You dont see that every often! There was no run around!! We tried troubleshooting but once it was confirmed my ring light did not work they offered to replace it! No hassle of sending the whole thing back! I already picked out my next item from this store!! Best customer service!!!

I am a 360 PhotoBooth owner and new to the scene. I am finding the use of my 360 photo booth along with the Chacktok software to be going pretty smoothly! I like some of the new little upgrades that I am seeing in the software e.g. being able to add a text sticker after the photo is taken. I know Chacktok continues to build new and cool templates for users and this is appreciated! Our guests love the slow motion and boomerang modes. I am able to create personalized and custom backdrops for customers easily and they are are breeze to work with in Chacktok's software.

Like others using this equipment, I recently needed to request new wheels for my flight case as they had snapped off. Chacktok responded right away with a promise to send me 4 new ones without hesitation - this quick and positive response was greatly appreciated!

when i first used this app on an Android, there was a option to just use the " camera" option to make quick videos and to edit them on the fly, now you can only create events and youre locked into the set up chosen at create event. the Iphone has that option. i am seriously frustrated with this app. there is no way to just make a fun video sittig in the backyard with my kids and let them fool around with editing. poor job guys, please make it user friendly like the iphone...and how you had it like 3 weeks ago.

App its working, cant say anything bad. Can be just more video options, like normal and slow backward or something like this.

Overall, I am happy with this app.It is easy to use. I would like to suggest that the adding music process is easier.

I have asked multiple times to cancel my subscription and sent many emails and got one back saying it was canceled only to have a follow-up email saying thank you for my renewal of the subscription.

My Photo 360 Booth videos are the best with Chacktok. My friends and clients love seeing themselves boomeranging on the screen. It is very easy to add an overlay and I added some very nice ones that I made. The learning curve to get my settings right was a little steep but just because I was going through a tough time in life. There were videos on YouTube that helped me a lot.
After I learned how to use the ChackTok Store to purchase my plan, I was off and running. That page could be more user friendly.
