It took a little effort to find TPO but the price and the service are grand, especially the price.

not a bad deal, service quality was better than expected

I love how affordable TPO's plan options are. I've had great experience with their service, and on the few occasions when I've had trouble, customer support has been excellent. Their representatives have always been courteous and helpful, without the wait times or automated recordings of mega corporations.

Great SPRINT and TMO MVNO. Not only did they offer some great plans to the folks who were caught up in the RingPlus foldup fiasco, they are VERY reasonably priced and offer 10% donation to charity of your choice. The ONLY minor downside to these guys is the computer website will not let you swap CDMA devices unless you talk to someone. You have to make a call to a real person in the USA (not necessarily a bad thing) to change devices. All the CS staff there are professional and courteous!

Great phone plans and prices! I just wish the coverage was a bit better. I never have all my bars lit up on my phone and often times I have people telling me they are losing me and can't hear more than a few spotty words. I think more cell towers are in order. Can't beat the cost of the phone plans though, they are awesome!

Love the phone service and the fact that 10%is for the charity of my choice. I also speak to a customer rep. that I can understand.

Good service and pricing. T-Mobile (GSM) network coverage could be better, but other than that, no complaints.

TPO has good service at a good price, but that is were the good ends. The customer service personnel I have dealt with are rude and obviously do not want to be there. I have called 4 times and each and every time I have gotten a rude person, and it is not always the same person, sometimes I get a male and sometimes a female and each and every one has been downright rude.

I've been happy with the talk and text portions of my service. Their customer service staff are friendly and try to be helpful. However, after four months, I still haven't been able to get my data to work.

I guess I'm just doomed to living without data!!! Happy WIFI-ing.

Overall great service for a great price, coverage can be a little sketchy in places. A call in line for tech support would also make things easier.

Level of features is diverse, service is very good, coverage is great, and prices unbeatable.

My cell service works but my data coverage seems to change every time I want to use it. When I first got the service I had no problems. Then suddenly I went a whole month without any signal and then I am able to use it again. I live in a small town and sometimes I get no signal until I get close to our closest major city. The price is OK but I see that a couple other providers are cell and unlimited data for a couple dollars more than what I am paying for cell and 2GB.. I keep getting Payment text notices all through the month and whenever I call I am told that no payment has gone through. My Caller Id does not work, I was told that is a problem with my phone and not a TPO problem.

All I can say is YEA!!, price, coverage and charitable donations all in one. TPO works on both CDMA & SIM platforms. Just give it a try and find out!!

A great value, works everywhere. Also some of the money goes to a good cause.
