Took longer than expected to get.
Came slightly damaged.

I should have read these reviews. I ordered a customized Florida Gator Stanley and just received it today. Color is different than pictures and it is ABSOLUTELY not an actual Stanley cup. Instead, the logo is poorly printed on the cup. It’s complete copyright/trademark infringement. Also, the cup is kind of sticky and smells TERRIBLE. I have never been more disappointed in a product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great tumbler! Love the look of it!

I just recently ordered a Gucci tumbler thur/fri I usually screenshot everything on my phone.. but this time I didn’t.. now I feel like a lame.I emailed left a voicemail to get whareabouts about my order and maybe it’s to soon and I had second thoughts should have went and bought a real Stanley.. $40 lesson learned!

I ordered this is a blingy gift for a girl who lost her grandpa and loved the lions. From the picture it should have had rhinestones all over it and to my surprise and horror it was only a sticker!!! Very disappointed in it. I was embarrassed to give it to her as a gift. I told her I was sorry and I that I was not happy with the product.

Nothing wrong with water bottle but don't like it was advertised as stanley cup...it is not and probably the reason I spent 40.00 on it. Brought to their attention which I'm sure they were aware and responsive giving me 20% credit. Something anyway.

It was not a real Stanley cup. It was not delivered to the right address. It took six weeks to arrive. I sent it back

Overall it’s a great cup and the design was exactly how the pictured shows however, it was false advertisement due to the fact that the Stanley Cup is a knockoff and overpriced for it not being a real Stanley Cup.

Cup was really nice, just took to long to get it. Almost a half of a year.

These are not official Stanley Cups. Stormmerch should be ashamed of false advertising. Please, Stormmerch, be honest about your product. These cups look nice but are only good for a display case, not for drinking. Treat people like you want to be treated Stormmerch, you will get better reviews if you're honest about your products.

Stanley cup scammers! Do not order from this company. The Louis Vuitton Stanley cup was not a Stanley and the print was faded, the name was awful! They claim I got what I ordered. I cannot stand scumbag companies!!! Beware!

It took 2 months to arrive and all the writing on it is blurry. Disappointed in the quality of this item.

BEWARE!!!
I ordered a personalized mug for my granddaughter on December 3--intending to give it to her for Christmas. I kept corresponding about the projected delivery date and got numerous conflicting stories, as they blamed the postal service for being slow (I got everything else I ordered for the holidays timely) until it finally arrived on 21 January. It was not a Stanley as advertised I took photos to show them that it was misleading advertising and asked for a refund. They said they would give me 70% back-less transaction fees--whatever that means. I have been waiting for this refund for 6 weeks now and have received nothing, as they blame a 'refund getaway issue' for the delay. They tell me to rest assured, that they are not trying to scam me. I would give them zero stars if I could!

My item came damaged and leaking

I ordered a mug for my spouse for his Birthday, but they shipped the wrong item (order). They assured me that they would correct the order at no extra charge. That was four months ago! Buyer beware: they lied by stating they were processing the order and even confirmed it. If I could give them a (0) I would.
