Fast shipping and great quality product. Disappointed that I received and email from Strapworks stating a malicious actor gained access to my information. Although it mentioned the vulnerability has since been resolved, that doesn't help with my information getting into the wrong hands.

Good customer service over the phone. I will be buying more in the future. I like the inch and a half web and the heavy duty buckle. That's what I was after. I know now not to get too carried away with colors. I already gave away the purple one. I would like to find a softer material. I had chosen flat nylon this round. I guess there is no cotton.

New buckle and accessories arrived quick and do the job way better than some no-name plastic bits from Amazon.

Your products are fantastic. I ordered hardware for straps and purses. They’re all great except one hook and one ring were 1 inch instead of 3/4 other than that everything was a good quality

Highly recommend Strapworks and will definitely be ordering from them again. Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I discovered I ordered the wrong size item and they allowed me to rush order the item I needed and waved the shipping fee. I am hesitant when I order the mil spec camo
prints because the colors have varied from the past orders. Not sure what to expect when I order.
This has happened in the blue and dark camo.
I have spoken to Raina regarding this. Otherwise, when I call you are always helpful in trying to help. It also is hard to talk to someone when you call.

Placed my order Dec 14 and rec Dec 29. It was too late to roll my product to my customers during the holidays. Ended up ordering via Amazon just to meet the Kwanzaa event.
