Extremely Disappointing Experience with Strch – Absolutely Pathetic Customer Service!
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Strch is completely unresponsive when it comes to handling a return request. They are not picking up the product for return, and their customer support is absolutely useless, with no response whatsoever.
Once they have made a sale, it seems they have no interest in addressing customer concerns or providing even the most basic after-sales service. A return process should not require customers to repeatedly chase a company that refuses to respond.
This level of service is unacceptable and deeply frustrating. If a company cannot manage returns or respond to customer complaints, it has no business claiming to care about customer satisfaction.
Think twice before purchasing from Strch. The real test of a company is how it treats customers when something goes wrong, and Strch has failed miserably. I would not recommend a brand that makes it this difficult for customers to return a product and get a response.

The website doesn’t provide any option to cancel orders, and the company’s WhatsApp number only connects to a bot that shares incorrect support details. When I tried to cancel my order, the bot directed me to contact hello@webiste, which turned out to be an invalid email address.

This has been one of worst site experience. In the name of R&D they are selling 'Made in china' products in India. The same products are available in 1/5th price at other stores.
They don't have any customer support. Their provided toll free is never picked up. called 3 different days multiple times
They don't respond on their mail, been waiting for response since 6 days, even sent reminder mail.
They don't have any other way to contact.
My 2 returns and 2 exchanges are pending since 25+ days. Their shipping department is untrend and useless. They raised return request for 3 products from same order while I raised for single product return from that order and it was not-fulfilled as pickup refused to take.
Their CEO also doesn't responds, seems it is a SCAM.
