streetcasuals Reviews

Fast shipping from the UK

A+ rating

Products I bought was exactly as described and the shipping was exceptionally fast. Also I liked the hand written comment on the order information sheet.

Unexpectedly timely service. Personal note included. I'll pay the 20 bux for shipping to LA, just because dealing with these folks is a pleasure. Gregory Byrne

Recommend to friends and family especially liked the personal message on my invoice great personal touch!

Great little touch with the note on my receipt!!!

quick free delivery and the item was cheaper than elsewhere too.

I received the order quickly and although there was a mix up with the sizes its was sorted in a well constructed and personal manner. However I think a customer should not have to pay for the return delivery. Most companys are free post now.

I purchased a hoodie & 2 tshirts which arrived well packed & in no time at all. I'll be buying from street casuals again. The customer service in the Cardiff store is just as good. Keep it up.

Item came through the post quickly and efficiently, had no problems at all.

I would deffo use the company again

They have really fast delivery and a range of clothes that are awesome.

Ordered a bag from StreetCasuals asking for next day delivery. Extremely quick dispatch and great product. Unfortunately the Royal Mail messed the delivery up (certainly not SCs fault) and I did not receive my product on time. However, the customer service team were great, apologized, sorted the issue and even refunded the next day delivery fee no hassle. Great service. Thank you.

Top shoes. Mint balls

Would have given a full 5 stars for an awesome experience but Royal Mail ruined everything again with the slow delivery and lack of tracking. I haven't gotten my stuff =(

Bought penfield womens Gibson jacket in royal blue from this site as I couldn't get the size I wanted elsewhere. Love the jacket, nice fit and fab colour. Even better was the quick dispatch! Received in 3 days. Liked the contact from StreetCasuals, emails to keep me up to date and tracking number so I could easily review delivery.

Found the exact item I wanted online which wasn't available anywhere else. Shipped quickly and when it arrived it had a hand written note on the receipt congratulating me on my purchase. Great little touch.

I love this site because
- Fast delivery
- Sometimes they have nice sales.
- The prices are fine
- They send you track and order link on time
- They will let you everything know.

I think the main thing to note about Street Casuals is the fact that they keep you in the loop about everything, I personally liked the PDF invoice (nice touch) so you know exactly what is happening before you get the product. And when my product arrived I was really happy with it! The price of their product beat the others I was looking at (I actually saved a tenner, so happy with that)! Only one thing I would say is that my order was a baseball cap and when it came in the box I expected to find the cap to have some sort of protection or mould to sit on top of, but it was just in the box on its own. But that's being pernickity in what was a really good purchase. Will obviously recommend to my mates.

I can highly recommend streetcasuals - I was actually really impressed by them. Ordered item arrived within a day with a friendly, hand-written personal note. These small gestures make a big difference. Fair pricing too!

Great service and fast delivery! Highly recommended!
