My purchase was made very easy by the customer service team. My transmission was shipped and received ahead of schedule. It seems to be a very high quality remanufactured part.

I Called street smart transmissions, and they answered the phone and I spoke with a person. They told me how much the transmission would cost and what the warranty was and I was totally satisfied with what I found out about their services .until this day, they have done everything that they said they would do , and answer the phone every time I called I installed the transmission and it works perfectly and they returned my core charge money just as they said they would

A process that should have taken a week to do ended up taking multiple weeks to resolve. It started with the wrong transmission sent, a battle with the claims department that wanted me to pay to have mine dropped and take pictures of both and then pay to have my broken tranny put back in while I waited for the replacement, so I could still drive my truck (no reverse only). After that was settled, they only sent one BOL and I needed two, one for my old tranny and one for the wrong one sent. Just one mis-step after another! My only saving grace was an employee named Nancy, every time I talked to her, stuff happened. Thank you NANCY (only Nancy), everyone else should be retrained or fired...

These people are great and sell a great product

The ordering process was very simple, and the transmission arrived very quickly.
The shop that was installing it was behind farther on their work, and it took longer than the 2 weeks for the core pick-up, but they worked with us on that also. I have been very pleased with this company and would and have recommended them to other people.

Upon leaving my initial review I was contacted by Corey from Street Smart to begin the corrective actions regarding my warranty issue. In addition, after a phone call from me directly to the company, I was also contacted by Sarah from warranty department. Sarah ordered new parts, not used defective parts, which were sent to repair facility over night, overpriced. Corey was diligent in following up with my issue by emailing me several times. The parts were installed and I currently have the truck back in my possession and it is operating as it should. Street Smart did take care of their justified amount of the expense for this warranty issue by refunding my credit card used for the original purchase. This would of been a 5-star had new parts been shipped form the get go.

I found Streetsmart through a google search couple years ago and ordered my first transmission. The process went so smooth and the girls on the phone were so kind and helpful. I have now since purchased 3 different transmissions from them and have had all the same results. The process is simple as well as the core returns. I highly recommend Streetsmart if you are looking for a quality reman for your vehicle.

First transmission lasted a few weeks ,then a code came up.the warranty person told the mechanic that they were going to send another transmission
Another transmission comes in,wrong transmission. Another transmission is sent and it lasts two days and had a few codes.after that I couldn't afford another install ,the warranty pays 50hour,the mechanic charges 140hour.so I'm asking for a full refund for the original but i need a vehicle,so I have the last transmission rebuilt and it costs 6500.they sent me the original cost of 2900.then talking about labor for the other two but nothing yet.They put some back onto my card but I still haven't been able to verify it.So,so far they have cost me over 8000.

Easy to order, fast delivery and core pickup! Had minor issue with return of core deposit but easily resolved. Every aspect of the transaction was handled efficiently and professionally by friendly representatives of the company. I researched several online companies and Street Smart was the obvious choice. All this and better prices!
