I have made three purchases from Strength Shop and all were perfect. The checkout process was easy and trustworthy, the communication about the shipment status was timely and accurate and the products arrived well-packaged and in good condition, as promised. Shipping of weights is very expensive but they do provide the estimates at the checkout step. Just be sure to factor it into your purchase decision as it can be substantial.

Per una sfortunatissima coincidenza sono arrivati due polsini destri ma, dopo aver contattato l'assistenza (che ringrazio nuovamente) mi sono stati prontamente spediti un paio di polsini sostitutivi in pochissimo tempo!

Per quanto riguarda i polsini che dire, sono ottimi, belli anche esteticamente e soprattutto funzionali! Il prossimo acquisto probabilmente sarà la cintura, questo brand lo adoro.

Ich habe vor kurzem ein Paar Kniebandagen bei Strength Shop bestellt und versehentlich eine Nummer zu klein gewählt. Beim Anprobieren sind diese leider gerissen. Anfangs hatte ich Schwierigkeiten, eine Lösung zu finden, doch nach weiterem Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst wurde mir freundlich geholfen. Das Team zeigte sich äußerst entgegenkommend und hat mir eine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten.

Unverschämte Abzocke mit Rücksendungen. Man zahlt den Rückversand selbst und obendrauf werden die Versandkosten auch noch abgezogen bei der Rückerstattung.

Leider ist es so, dass man bei online Käufen als Kunde es sehr schwer hat, passende Größen zu finden, zumal diese nicht einheitlich genormt sind. Man sollte hier fair bleiben, sowohl auf Seiten des Kunden als auch vom Händler. Die angekündigte Änderung bzgl.kostenlosen Versand begrüße ich
