bunch of scammers. sent me two very poor quality items that do not look like the images on the website. asked for a refund, and after back and forth emails of them asking me to keep them or do an exchange, they finally agreed to a refund.... only catch is that i have to pay the equivilant in £s of 56 euros to send their product back to China.... avoid this company. I have filed a complaint against them

I wish I had read the Trust Pilot review sooner. Similar to everyone else ..... long delivery time, incorrect sizing of shirts, returns and refund policy does not reflect that the products come from Ningbo, China and they want me to send it back via DHL, trackable!! Offered 50% credit note or 15% refund. Payment was sent to a company in Netherlands (LUSTA). Strictly Men is operated by IVORY TRENDZ ECOM LTD a UK registered company which has filed to be dissolved at Companies House. This morning their website is offline .... really?? Why am I not surprised!!

Would be no stars but won't let me do it.

As mentioned by everyone else this is a scam. I ordered a jacket and what came was a very cheap replica that barely resembled the item purchased. Asked for a refund and was told to send to China at my own expense. Please avoid this company at all costs. This is a scam and you will just have to put it down to a bad experience to learn from. Always check the reviews before buying from a website you randomly come across

Absolute bunch of crooks! Avoid at all costs, I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Ordered an item which didn’t suit me so I requested a return & refund. Despite promising a no quibble return on their website they just keep raising spurious questions and eventually an offer to exchange the item with a small fee! I have abandoned.

Avoid like the plague.
Took so long to arrive and nothing fits … bad sizing.
On asking to return for a refund … the cost is £72 to send back to china for a refund. The trousers were only £79 .
So pointless to even send them back and risk spending £72 postage and then not getting a refund on the goods.
Stay well clear or risk loosing money

Horrendous customer service, paid £20 to return a £40 pair of trousers and their team could not even pay a small amount for customs the other end so the trousers were returned to me. DO NOT USE.

I can't really comment on my purchase yet as I haven't received it ,but wish I had read the reviews first . Just ordered a jumper and now wish I hadn't, that's if I ever receive it ,

Ordered what looked like a smart blue jacket. What arrived was horrendous and the wrong size. Although it was dispatched from north London I had to return it to China at my own expense. Inevitably it’s stuck in customs and this company and in fact Royal Mail seem unable to help. Putting it down to experience now and given up on refund.

I purchased 2 shirts costing £35 each . The site said it was based in London but when I got the tracking they were based in china. The shirts are very poor quality and now they want £70 to send them back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. They are the biggest joke ever. Awful experience. They are based in China, not a UK company. Goods were average at best, so tried to return them. They make it impossible, send stalling emails delaying the whole process, I then stupidly paid £60 for dhl to return. However strictly men contact information (which customs need to allow package to get through) is not appropriate (despite me asking them for it repeatedly) and goods were stuck in customs in China. DHL said they tried to contact strictly men, who denied it, so goods got destroyed. Been emailing for months trying to get a refund. They are a scam. Will be reporting them

Give them a 1 as I couldn’t give then a zero.

Bought a pair of “skinny chineos”, they were like flares, asked for a swap, zero replies, that were of any help, customer service is shocking, avoid this company with cost, 6 emails asking how I return, one saying I needed to pay £9 something, then radio silence for weeks, with no details!!
Absolute joke factory!!
Keep my £40, you’ll go under very soon, wish I lived in London so I could go down and see the owners face to face…Grrrrr

Strictly-men.com is a Chinese product scam site, masquerading as a UK leisure clothing retailer. They appear reasonable quality with a well-put together website, claiming UK distribution and easy return and refund process. The product quality is dismal and cheap, and barely fit for European/UK retailing. These items are poor substitutes, this is a product scam that relies on making returns and refund near impossible to achieve, once the on-line purchase is banked.

Despite Strictly Men having a listing at Companies House as IVORY TRENDZ ECOM LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, Company Number: 15570345. DUNS: 231587368, incorporated on 17 March 2024, and a named business Secretary as Daniel Scotland of Shelton St, Covent Garden, this is a scam company with poor business ethics.

The email correspondence for return and refund offered increasing levels of store credit, despite the customer's stated intent for a full return/refund.

The return address is then disclosed as being a warehouse in China, with a familiar address for those who are scanning the web for similar scams.

This Chinese warehouse operation claims to be at Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, opposite the South Gate of Lubao Technology, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, 315100 China.

The business insists on the customer arranging a guaranteed tracked return courier, however they refuse to disclose a Chinese business name or local mobile number for the final mile delivery. This makes it difficult to secure a legitimate tracked service.

Unfortunately, I am running a similar situation for a parallel business called La Vie Mode, which claims to be registered in Belgium as DK Ventures with Company Number 0102377617. La Vie Mode uses similar UK distribution in Southall, identical product plastic packaging and product code stickers in the same identical format to Strictly Men, also a refund return to Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Ningbo, China.

These companies' parent operation is running a large global network of fraudulent businesses, all with the common thread of a professional looking website claiming to be located in the customer's country, but manufacturing, distribution and return address is Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Ningbo, China.

AVOID these companies at all cost: Strictly Men, Ivory Trendz Ecom, La Vie Mode and DK Ventures.

Look to the web and you will find many, many similar fraudulent companies across the globe from NZ to USA with similar modus operandi of very poor product and that telltale return address in Lane 1177, Jianlan Road.

To fall for this business scam once is annoying, but I have done this twice in the same month with separate companies, so is doubly frustrating and costly.

This leads me to ponder on how many companies in China or other geographies, are manufacturing and distributing fraudulent, low quality goods to western and other markets? Besides the annoyance of their continuing increased revenue and profit through mis-information and poor business practice, there is a gross waste of global shipping, distribution and delivery by such poor quality items being circulated around the globe.

Please please read all the reviews they're all correct this so called company should be stopped trading - items are all of disgusting quality nothing like the website photos and expensive so you think they are of good quality. It true they say send back to china with all the speal of customs ,take photos and only get money back once they have received items which they probably won't, they first offer you a discount for when you purchase more items 🤣as if you would. SCAM SCAM SCAM get them shut down scamming people out of hard earned money.

Really should’ve checked the reviews of this scam company. Awful experience - they sent an item of clothing that was way to big, I followed their advice to return the item which was not to a shop in Covent Garden as they appeared to be but a warehouse in China. Despite knowing what I returned would be subject to customs duties they told me to ship it to their warehouse and now it’s held in a customs house because they won’t pay the duties. Their so called support email repeatedly offers fake apologies and promises to resolve this but they do nothing. Their last reply to me was in German - I guess they thought this was funny. Upon further investigation it appears that Strictly Men is actually a drop ship business under the umbrella of Ivory Trendz Ecom LTD. That business is registered to Mr Daniel Scotland, based in Dominica, but uses a registered address service to be able to trade in the UK. As deceptive as that is, it is legal and he likely has multiple of these businesses under that umbrella.
The return address provided is used for quite a few of these short term drop ship companies and I cannot see any online presence of them. Scam company using fake addresses and a fake support service, can’t believe I’ve been so scammed.

This is 100% a scam company, you are not ordering from a London based store but a guy who then orders your items from a factory in China. They are disgraceful disgusting quality goods and nothing like the pictures or descriptions on the website.

Do not be fooled by the 14 day money back guarantee as the scam owner of this business operates by convincing you that returns need to be sent to China at your own cost. They do not!!
As already stated in my previous review, contact your bank or PayPal if you’ve already placed an order. Don’t bother getting into a debate with the owner just request a return for goods not as described then contact your bank or PayPal when you are told to return to China.
I requested a cancellation 5 times and was completely ignored. The goods were despatched over a week later.
I was able to show PayPal that I had requested in writing 5 times for the order to be cancelled before they were despatched. They closed the case in my favour and gave me a full refund.

This company will make it almost impossible to return items and at your expense! Please do not order from them, absolutely appalling company and rubbish quality from china!

The previous reviews say it all. I should have realised that something was amiss when I asked for some size measurement prior to ordering and was sent a size chart which didn't relate to the small/medium/ large etc sizes on there website. Having chanced ordering a "medium", it arrived & was too big, as well as being of really poor quality for the price. Having now waited for 2 weeks for a reply to my 3 emails requesting the returns process I suspect I've fallen victim to a scam. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DEALING WITH THEM!

Absolutely no response when wanting to make returns! Do not buy from this company! I will be taking it further unless I hear back soon! Order 1336
