I used SHM before. This is my second time. To be brief, David Arroyo made it happen again. Trustworthy, efficient, professional and caring.

Strong Mortgage did such an excellent job taking care of us! We had problems with our other mortgage company and they stepped in and got us ready for closing in a week. From start to finish they kept us informed daily and every party in the loop. They had everything ready for closing before our realtor! Fantastic group! Thank you for our new home!

Brandon Cobb was amazing & very helpful & knowledgeable. He didn't tell us something he couldn't do, & did everything & more that he did tell us he would do for us. We had just left another Mortgage co after waiting for over 5 months & was still no closer to closing. So, going through a very bad experience, we were very skeptical at first. But Brandon did such a great job making us feel at ease & believe what he was saying. We can't say enough wonderful things about Brandon Cobb.

Excellent Service from Andy!

Andy was an outstanding loan officer to work with. He really listened to me and made sure to never lock in my rate until I gave him the go-ahead, which I truly appreciated. Whenever a small mistake happened, he was quick to apologize and correct it without hesitation. He’s very knowledgeable about his field and took the time to educate me on things I didn’t know, which made the process much smoother. I’ll definitely work with Andy again for my next home purchase and feel completely comfortable recommending him to my friends and family. Great work, Andy.

I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team at Strong Home. We did LOTS of shopping around for mortgage lenders, to make sure we got the best deal. Mike was the most helpful/communicative, and the least pushy LO we came across. Plus, he is incredibly knowledgeable, and offered the best rates across the board. He made the entire process as stress free as possible, and helped us with every detail along the way. He answered my calls after hours and on the weekends, and made himself available throughout. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had an awesome experience with Mike Minteer. He was very personable and helped us throughout the entire process. Also, we were able to get a very low interest rate for our loan. We are very thankful for that!

Elizabeth our loan officer is what made this great, over 3 years we had gone through over 10 plus banks and lenders and when we didn't qualify instantly we never heard from them, not a call back or anything, Elizabeth called us back told us we didn't qualify yet, told us why, and gave us a road map to follow what to fixed, what to pay off, where to get our DTI down too, and gave us a timeline to do it in, She gave us guidance something no other lender had took the time to do, if it wasn't for her guidance and game plan we wouldn't be getting the keys to our 1st home.

Fred was great - beat every other company by both the rate and credits. He explained the whole process and was in constant communication with me. This is my second mortgage with Strong and it won’t be my last. Highly recommend!
