Keith was so helpful and available for any and all questions we had during our home buying process.

Justin was highly unprofessional, repeatedly using inappropriate language before hanging up on me multiple times. Brandon had to step in to assist with the process because of Justin’s disrespectful behavior.

If you’re looking for poor service and a lack of professionalism, Justin is the person for that. His failure to handle tasks on time led to delays in our closing, and I was unfairly forced to pay a rate extension due to his lack of timely action.

Justin O’Shell without a doubt is one of the most amazing humans I’ve ever had the pleasure to cross paths with. Even though unfortunately I was not able to purchase at this time, he spent hours, and hours with emphasis on hours to walk me through the entire process and took it upon himself to create for me a personalized plan so that my family and I can move into our dream home. Without him, I wouldn’t be in this position because the first 12 loan offers hung on me when they realized I was not a quick qualification. I can not recommend him enough!

Best Mortgage Experience of All Time!

We worked with David Arroyo on our mortgage to buy a house after relocating across the country. After massive difficulties with two other lenders, we were just over two weeks out from needing to close on the house we had put an offer on two months prior when we found Strong and the universe dropped David in our laps (long, very frustrating story on how we made it that far into the process before needing to switch lenders). I was 100% sure we would need to push out our closing date at LEAST two weeks to get things lined up to close. Fast forward to today - I am closing on my house in about 3 hours and ON TIME. Did not have to push out even one day. David and his team got our entire process - from top to bottom - completed in just over two weeks, including the appraisal. I cannot even imagine how much overtime he and his team had to pull to come through for us like this but he did it. I am absolutely blown away by the customer-first service we’ve received, the attitude from the very beginning that we would be able to keep our original closing date, and the promptness from start to finish. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, on top of their rates and refinance options being significantly better than their competitors. Don’t hesitate to use these guys!

Buying a home is stressful and overwhelming at times, but I'm so grateful that Ed Milian made the lending process so easy! My last refi was in a different era...the one with pen and paper, so I came in to this digital refinance with shield and sword. When we started shopping for our next home, we weren't sold on a mortgage lender. We had worked with a couple of the usual suspects in the past that ultimately were overpriced and light on service. When I happened upon Strong Home, I discovered they were local to my area, Veteran owned, while offering a transparent and highly competitive fee structure. I started working with David Burner almost 9 months before we ultimately closed on our place. The wife and I were committed to a specific neighborhood that was very competitive. We looked at dozens of properties and lost a couple places in bidding wars, but where some others my have then made us a lower priority at that point, David recognized we were serious and always responded promptly with requests as we worked our process. He also was happy to speak to Seller agents to ensure they understood we were a safe bet to close and that Strong Home offers several guarantees as proof of their professionalism. Everyone's persistence paid off , as I write this review from our new home. We are very grateful to David and the team for hanging with us and making sure when the time came we reached the finish line with ease.
