Can I give it 0 stars??? I placed this order over 2 months ago, about 22April and still waiting for delivery. It’s been in the US since 10 May (shipped from Italy), cleared customs and arrived at the shipping partner 15 May. The last shipping update I received was 22May saying it was in transit from Indianapolis. Still no package. I have requested a refund multiple times but they refuse to issue a refund until I receive the product. I could have walked from Indianapolis to Pennsylvania in less time. I thing the whole company is a sham! I’m beginning to think the shipping updates are fake. Has anyone received an order from this company and how long did it take?

Order placed on April 14, 2024 - after MANY requests for location of my order and referring it to PayPal for cancellation of order and refund - it finally arrived 6/22/24. The flowers were NOTHING like what was pictured for advertisement. VERY CHEAP - nothing I would have purchased if I had seen - I learned that I should have read the reviews prior - My advise DO NOT ORDER these flowers from this company. I would like a total refund plus the $29 plus shipping cost !!! Will that happen ?!?!?

Scam! 2 months still don't have my order and the tracking information is useless. Don't buy. Saving grace is I can get my money back through Paypal.

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. This company is a scam. Takes your order and your money and gives you a fake tracking site. Ordered from them 2 months ago, still have not received . In dispute with my cc company.

First I was charged almost $10 for undisclosed sales fees. That got refunded, but only because I went to PayPal. The items finally arrived after two months [artificial flowers] and they we not at all what was described in advertising...and they were falling apart. Three attempts to resolve thru "customer service" have been ignored. If I could give "0" stars that might be too much. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Placed my order first week in April, 2024 and still not have received my order. Keep getting the runaround. Supply chain's fault, shippng's fault.... delivery's fault... always someone else's fault. Wish I would have checked their review page before purchasing. Am I just out my $80 or does some know of another way to get my money back? They give good companies a bad name.

I placed 2 different orders 5 weeks ago and one order has been in Alaska for 2 weeks and one in Alabama for 2 weeks~or so they say! I too believe this company is a scam. The company has not responded to my questions. I will now refute the charges with my credit card company after reading that others have had this same issue.

Do not order from this company. I ordered faux flowers for a gift on 4/28/24. I am still waiting for them. I guess I got scammed, but lucky I was able to put a dispute with my bank

Very frustrated. Today is 6/7, placed my order on 4/17, the last tracking information was order was sitting in a Little Rock, AK post office since 5/14. I have asked and asked for tracking help but the response is useless. They keep responding with the AK info. Never again.

When will I learn to read the reviews 1st! Ugh! Same as comments; it's been over a month; still no flowers; they do reply but always say it's shipped. Tracking shows it's in Virginia somewhere for 5 days and hasn't moved since.

Really deserves 0 stars. Scam company. I never received what I ordered and paid for.

Total scam company. Luckily I bought through paypal and have been issued a refund through them for my $100+ purchase of faux flowers. When trying to contact structure k they kept sending me to a website that doesn't exist. Do not use this website!

I ordered 1 month ago and it has been sitting in Corvalis Oregon which is 7 hours away and hasn't moved in 5 days.. When i inquire they tell me oops contact the seller and that is who I contact but evidently they hide the seller. don't buy from them !!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 months ago. Still no order yet. I think it’s a scam.

Nearly a month since I ordered and NO flowers yet!
I keep getting tracking messages saying these were in Italy and coming but no flowers! In contrast, I ordered pillow covers ETSY that were shipped from Turkey and they arrived in a week!

SCAM!!! I ORDERED 6 bundles of tulips for $6.99 a bundle. Each bundle was supposed to have 6 tulips. I knew I was in trouble when I got a very small envelope. I did not receive 6 bundles of 6 tulips, I got 6 tulips!! 6. 6. 6 lousy tulips! 6 tulips for $56. Almost $10 per tulip. Do not order from this company. Plus one tulip had the stamens hanging outside. I sent them email to customer support so we will see but I don't hold out much hope. I just looked for info on this company. It was advertised as UK. But it is from China. Also it has a trustworthy count of 5.7 out of 100. Do not order from here, you will be sorry.
