This is the worst place to buy tickets, I purchased tickets to see West Ham United game 1 month before game, then receive email 25 hours before the kickoff that "The seller isn't able to deliver your tickets, which means we had to cancel the order. We're sorry this happened." I FLEW TO LONDON TO WATCH THIS GAME AND THE DAY BEFORE SORRY!!!
No ....sorry, we've replaced the tickets in section 104 with something else similar?!? Their 100% Fan Gaurentee IS A JOKE!!! They Gaurentee if you don't get tickets, then you don't have to pay.....Wow, thanks so much for NOTHING Gaurentee!!
Thank goodness I went to the West Ham United store and was able to find AMAZING FRONT ROW SEATS for decent price the night before game and when we woke up the E- tickets were already sent and saved the day!
I sent email and tried to call and no help or support/reply yet!
Find an alternative for sure and avoid at all costs STUBHUB.IE!

Tried to buy tickets, didn't work. Tried 8-10 times. Terrible service, horrible system, everything about this website is a bad sign.

I bought tickets to the Real Madrid vs. Liverpool Champions League game for a total of $5,000. The tickets were supposed to be VIP tickets, giving access to the lounge. In reality, the tickets were terrible seats (first row, all the way in the corner of the field), and included no VIP lounge access at the stadium. The seller purposely omitted this fact. I found out a few days before the game (as the tickets were only sent to me a few days before the game), and immediately wrote the seller and bought other tickets. I tried to get a re-fund from the seller, but he refused to buy them back even at a discount. I then tried to get a re-fund from Stubhub, but they refused as well. I was simply told that all sales are final, regardless if you get screwed over and misled in bad faith or not.

I ordered a single ticket for an Arsenal vs. Tottenham Premier League match. I had some concerns about my purchase because the row and seat information were missing from the ticket listing. I found the bad reviews on this site and I was very worried that I had purchased a fake or nonexistent ticket. I even tried to initiate a dispute/chargeback through PayPal, but it was denied. To make things more stressful, I did not receive my ticket by the promised date but as I understand it this is the responsibility of the seller, not StubHub International. With the help of Luz in Customer Service, I was able to get in contact with the seller and I received a genuine ticket just in time for the game. As an added bonus, it was in the 4th row! The only complaint I have about StubHub International is that they make their phone numbers very hard to find, and having easy access to phone support would have been preferable to email even though they did respond promptly. When my ticket delivery was late, Luz called me on the phone to reassure me that I would receive it and to make sure that I had someone to reach out to if I ended up needing a replacement ticket. Thank you Luz and StubHub International for an amazing experience at the game!

Sold me fake tickets and notified me 1 day before event - unbelievably horrendous service

Era mi primera vez comprando entradas para un partido de fútbol. Buscaba en Google donde se pueden comprar. Era sólo un día antes del partido y me salió este sitio.
1. La experiencia de compra era positiva. Instrucciones claras sobre disponibilidad y precios y proceso fácil, con muchas opciones de pago entre los cuales elegí Apple Pay. Compré 3 entradas.
2. Me llegó un email con el recibo del pago y otro pidiendo ingresar los detalles de los asistentes y lo hecho.
3. Otro email indicando que voy a recibir las entradas el mismo día.

Hasta aquí no hay problema. Pero me quedó esperando todo el día sin noticias. Era un sábado y imposible contactar con ellos. Bajé la aplicación donde pude ver el pedido pero ningún noticia sobre las entradas.

En este momento empecé a enseñarme sobre el sitio y vi los malos comentarios. También me di cuenta que el sitio vende entradas de segunda mano, no son entradas que vende el sitio oficial del evento, pero son entradas que fueron comprados por terceros que las revenden a los demás. Esto NO lo dicen en ningún sitio.

Esperamos hasta el siguiente día por la mañana todavía sin posibilidad de contactar con ellos. Luego a las 12:00 punto llegó un correo que las entradas están disponibles y que las puedo descargar.

1. Al descargar las entradas, descubrí que ponen 120€ cada una mientras que pagué 205€ por entrada, más que 70% que su precio original. Ellos NO dicen en ningún lado que es una entrada de segunda mano, deberían haberlo mostrado claramente, mostrando también el precio original y el precio de reventa, dejando al cliente la libertad de comprar o no con transparencia.

2. ¿Quién nos ha vendido las entradas exactamente? Tenemos derecho absoluto a conocer el vendedor!!! Esto aparentemente no se puede saber.

3. Retraso inexplicable e inaceptable por un producto "digital" !! Además sin ninguna comunicación ni explicación ni nada de nada, además sin posibilidad de contacto con ellos. La ansiedad vivida en la nos ha dañado la experiencia del evento.

4. Las entradas NO muestra ninguna información sobre el titular, entonces ¿porqué exigir ingresar los detalles de los pasaportes pidiendo nombres y apellidos completos, fechas de nacimiento y número de documento?!!!

Hemos recibido lo que habíamos comprado y no hemos tenido problema en el acceso al evento; las entradas eran válidas. Pero vivimos una mala experiencia sin soporte al cliente y nos sentimos algo engañados. No creo, personalmente, que me atreveré a pasar otra compra por el sitio.

Jeg kjøpte billetter via StubHub til Coldplay i Gøteborg juli 2023. Ved ankomst viste det seg att billettene ikke var gyldige. Sannsynligvis solgt flere ganger av opprinnelig kjøper. StubHub fikk ikke gjort noe med dette, men jeg fikk god hjelp av deres Customer Service og fikk pengene tilbake etter bare et par dager.

Worst ever. They still owe me money from 2020. After at least 5 calls I gave up. The app is a major pain in the ass. Hassles at the gate all the time.

Bought 2 tickets for the Imola F1 GP. Event canceled due to flooding. According to their FanProtect guarantee, I am entitled to a full refund. But they (the only ones in the world) declare that the event is POSTPONED. Which does not entitle you to a refund. Scammers.

It was my first time using StubHub and to be honest, I was sure if it was safe. However, my fears were soon put at ease.
I ordered Beyonce tickets and everything went smoothly.
I will definitely use StubHub again.

These guys are awful... after buying tickets for Elton John's last show EVER in London in Dec, and flying to London for the show from the States, I was told the morning of the show that there were no tickets. This is after I called them three times the day before to find out the status of the tickets which, according to the StubHub email that morning, "had been delivered." Consequently, I had to scramble to find new tickets on the secondary market, and paid about twice as much as the tickets cost when I originally "bought them" in Dec. These guys simply don't care, and are glad to take your money, while you hope they honor their commitment to you and provide the tickets that you buy in good faith. Never using them again.

Total scam, selling tickets for Rammstein even though they have received a 15000 eur fine !! Was not aware of this and made a purchase, lost hundreds of euros ! So, do not support Stubhub. They overcharge, sell tickets they are not supposed to, advertise seated tickets that turn out to be standing only and finally send you personalized tickets with random names = non-usable tickets for me ! AVOID STUDHUB WHERE EVER YOU MAY BE.

Refund not provided, even though there is clearly an issue with the website - issue on-going now for 10 weeks.

We bought football tickets to a football game in Milan. (Inter Milan Vs Lazio on 29th April) They required Tessera del Tifoso identifications which we had. However, the details of these were not requested when we purchased the tickets on the website. The only information requested by StubHub was our full names and passport numbers – which we provided. Naturally, then the we thought our Tessera del Tifoso IDs would only need to presented at the gate, as this is what we have experienced before when purchasing football tickets for games in Italy.

Furthermore, the website, stated that the tickets were indeed released an hour before the game, but there was a technical issue downloading then. Obviously, if there was an issue with the Tessera del Tifoso to be provided in advance, the website would have stated this and would not have released the tickets.

To date Stubhub customer services have not acknowledged the issue with the website, and have not provided a refund. This adds insult to injury, as the tickets were very expensive and we were sorely disappointed to miss the game

Avoid this company. No customer service or refunds! I have been trying to get a refund for a show that was cancelled for two months already. There’s absolutely no customer service at this company and no status or communication about my refund

If what you want is not to earn a single penny but also have to pay up to 70% of the value of your tickets to them, stubhub platform is for you, they grow based on theft to their sellers, and scams to their buyers, if you want to have a bad time use stubhub, that bad experience is assured.

I was reading these reviews and was a bit worried if I will get scammed or not. I ended up buying tickets to EPL game anyways and had no troubles with the instant delivery or using the tickets from mobile app.

I had way better experience with this than with another ticket broker where I had ticket for another game in the same weekend.

My advice to EPL games is to pick one of the instant delivery tickets and seems like you can delay buying the tickets to 1-2 days before the game.

That's how I will do it the next time when coming to watch EPL from Finland.

No es posible que me estén cobrando un dinero de una venta que no se proceso por ellos , vendiendo mis tickets más baratos de lo que estaban vendiéndolos a la final cancele todo y yo no recibí nada , y no vendí mis tickets y me quieren cobrar una cantidad absurda y me quieren demandar.

I recently purchased tickets to a Liverpool game using StubHub International. I was a little nervous after purchasing the tickets and seeing all the negative reviews. But I found the process to be pretty great! 2 days before the match, the tickets had been transferred to my Liverpool F.C ticket account, and I simply added the tickets to my Apple Wallet and enjoyed the game! I think it's still probably best to buy Premier League tickets through the club in which the game you are attending, but if you're like me travelling from the US for a game and StubHub International is your only way to attend a game, it's worth a shot!

Very seamless and hassle-free experience as a seller of tickets. Easy to list tickets, managed to make sales relatively quickly. Customer service can only be reached via email which can be 1-2 day replies so it's not ideal if you need to reach them quickly, definitely something they can improve to get a 5 star review from me! However, they are helpful when contacted.

Total scam. Got to the stadium and tickets wouldn't download on the phone. The ticket office at the stadium said they've seen this before with stubhub. 3 weeks later they told me I needed to provide them with more documents in order to release the tickets, which was never mentioned to me before. "And for this reason we can not proceed with refund". Probably no way to get it back legally as I'm sure they have all of their bases covered, but they're scamming anyone they can.
