Deceitful Company
I placed an order for a Haden Toaster through Studio Designs Inc. The option to ship to Puerto Rico was on the website for a fee. Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States and we utilize the same shipping companies as in the mainland United States. After placing my order, I received an email from Sensidesigns.com that they cancelled my order due to unforeseen circumstances. I called the company and they explained they do not ship to PR even though there website indicates it does and the website even provided a shipping fee for the service to ship to Puerto Rico. They eventually refunded my order. I submitted a complaint through Better Business Bureau with the above information and their response to Better Business Bureau was deceitful. They indicated that my order was full of red flags and that I could reorder. I can say there were no red flags and NO reordering was not an option since they claim they don’t ship to Puerto Rico. This company is deceitful in their practices. Do not order from Studiodesigns.com unless you are looking for a dishonest, lazy company who will lie to the Federal Government meaning they will be dishonest to anybody who places an order with them.
