The dress is so pretty fabric material is great. Also delivery was on time. Great service over all.

Two outfits are NOT like the pictures. I ordered 3 outfits. One looked like the picture and also had the lace to go with it but the other 2 pictures showed it having tassels and lace but it did not. I messaged the company and said I wanted to return, they asked for photos and I sent them the 2 outfits. They ignored what I said and denied it and said it looks just like the pictures. I couldn't get my refund.
Very bad customer service.
Will not be ordering from this company again.

I am writing in response to your email on behalf of my mother.
I purchased these suits as a qift for her, specifically because thev were advertised as unstitched. This was a deliberate choice to avoid any sizing issues and importantly, to avoid the need for returns. Unfortunately, 1 now find myself having to return two items through no fault of my own.
Your website is misleading, as the product images show additional accessories that are not included with the suits This was not made clear at the point of purchase. The explanation that "stylists add extra accessories" was only provided later and was not communicated in my earlier correspondence with your team. I strongly believe this information should be clearly stated on the product listings so customers know exactly what they are receiving. What is shown in the images should accurately reflect the items being sold-this is basic consumer expectation. As it stands, customers are being misled I am also extremely disappointed that am required to cover the cost of recorded delivery for the return particularly given concerns about parcels being lost in the post, as has reportedly happened to another customer.
I have therefore made a decision to not return the suit's only because I have to pay for the shipping cost.And I will be selling the suit's to family members so I can get my monies worth.I will not ever be using this website again.

Ordered for my wife a stitched 3 piece suit based on the design in the pic. It looked costly on display so was the price. Arrived quickly. Fabric is okay but design is not as shown in pic. Otherwise I would not have purchased it at this price. Looked like B copy of original brands.

Some products were not true to their sizes

Ordered 2 authentic Gul Ahmed Pret Ideas suits from them. I had ordered from them last year as well and was pleased at the time. Delivery and emails were quick however this time the suits were much larger and not true to fit. I appreciate this may be a Gul Ahmed issue rather than a Style Aloud issue. I didnt seek replacements although they do offer options. The suits themselves were beautiful so I kept them. StyleAloud team it may be worth checking if Gul Ahmed have changed their sizes?

Truly awful experience from start to finish.
Ordered 6 dresses and was super excited as they looked like great quality and reasonable price. Returned every single one because the sizing and quality was absolutely shocking. Some of the dresses didn’t even look like the pictures. Per policy, I returned the items the day after receiving them and sent them the tracking details. I then emailed again to show that the parcel had been delivered back to them and attached the photo from Royal Mail. I then chased them for a whole month asking where is my refund and they kept telling me they haven’t received my return and there is a delay on the courier side even though I have clearly attached multiple evidence that it was delivered to them. Then I called customer service and they said they’ve received the parcel and only got 5 of the 6 dresses. Firstly why have I been told for a month that you haven’t received it and now you’re saying you’ve got it but one is missing. So I emailed again and again got a response that they’re still waiting for my parcel to reach them. Honestly just absolutely unprofessional and unreliable, been over a month now and still waiting for a refund. Would avoid buying anything from them if you don’t want to be scammed. Will be taking to small claims court if I don’t get my refund.
