Whilst it would have been helpful to negotiate a delivery date, I do understand the economics of giving you a delivery date that fits with the business needs. However, this company were responsive and gave options to rearrange unsuitable delivery dates on 2 occasions. On the third, they were able to give a 3hr delivery window on the stated day and a call 1hr before from the delivery driver which was helpful. All from order to delivery was a good service.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Style Our Home. The item was great value but out of stock when I ordered. Lydia reached out to me and kept up updated on when stock would come back in and the lead times. Then they shipped my order out as soon as possible.

Superb quality and very good prices

Super rapid!! I purchased a side table that had an expected delivery date for around 2 months. However, the following day after I made the purchase, I was sent a delivery tracking link and I received my side table the next day which was a pleasant surprise. It was brand new and nothing wrong, so I'm really happy, though a little confused from the rapidness. 10/10

Great company to deal with. I wanted to order an Indian chest. Their pricing and sizing was not correct but once I got through to their sales team, they were quick to contact the supplier to help me. It is a rare thing it seems now to speak to a person in customer care who does a great job. I dealt with Matt who was humerous, honest and helpful. I gather the supplier gets a lot of unique pieces so I wasn't able to order the piece pictured on their website. However, I decided to keep the one I was sent although it was different. They offer unique pieces at a good price and the delivery was quick. One wonders what the catch is when everything goes according to plan but there clearly isn't one. in my experience, a great company and I would happily recommend.

What a great company to deal with (shout out to Matt😊). They are honest (such a rare quality with many nowadays!) friendly, efficient and competitive with their prices.
