No real complaints, except that the chrome handle was not available anymore and was replaced by a black handle. Now my car has two non-matching handles.

I’ve learned my lesson
I’ve used these guys a few times.

The problem comes when there is an issue. They state 24 to 48 hours to respond to an RMA request.
The part arrived very poorly packaged, and damaged in shipping. After the initial contact and a 2 day wait, I sent them pictures showing the damage, as they requested. Doesn’t make sense to wait 2 days for pictures, could have been done as part of the first message. They are very slow to respond and we are now a week into this and I’m just now heading to FedEx to return.
I finally called and asked for a refund instead of a replacement part, just because I don’t want to go through another week to ship it back, followed by another week to get the new one and hope it’s not damaged. They were very snippy on the phone and acted like my time doesn’t matter to them. They stated they had already changed my request from replacement part to refund. That would’ve been nice for them to tell me, before I spent time calling them to ask.
Driving two hours round-trip to the nearest dealer now is starting to make sense. And the difference in price will likely make sense after being spoken down to on the phone.
Edit: In response to their comments about the wrong reference numbers, etc, as I type this I can’t even see any record of a reference number.
Just refund my money. I have the tracking number from FedEx. The return arrived Tuesday. No response from you within your own system. But you respond here?! Give me a break. Your own policy says 3-5 business days once the return hits your doorstep. This is day three. Make me proud and stop trying to say I’m not your customer. You have my email attached to this review and it’s the same email attached to the order. Just fix the problem and focus on customers instead of reviews.

This isn’t something I just decided I didn’t want after all! You sent me a MANGLED part. I sent you the pictures and you sent me a shipping label for free, so you know it’s something you should take care of. Then after dealing with you on the phone I was upset enough to take up all this time to write an honest review and you come back and try to say I’m lying!
We are now two weeks from the time that I gave you my money. This isn’t even that expensive. $77.00. What’s your cost? How much did the return shipping cost? Why wouldn’t you just apologize for the inconvenience and issue a refund? Then file a claim with USPS? This was a $345 order. You could just fix the issue and I’d use you again…….we’ll always have a Subaru that needs to be maintained.
