Subella Hair is extremely deceptive. They steal photos from other wig makers on Instagram and then ship out grossly inferior, bootleg units that look nothing like what was advertised.

The wig I received:
• Was a completely different color — orange instead of a rich brown.
• Had a totally different texture — cheap and synthetic-looking.
• Even the lace was wrong — not HD or transparent like in the pictures.

When I tried to return it, they gave me the runaround for days and then expected me to pay to ship their fake wig back. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly scamming customers by using stolen images.

Save your money and your sanity. Shop elsewhere.

I absolutely love this wig! The quality exceeded my expectations — it’s soft, natural-looking, and very comfortable to wear. The hair fibers are silky and don’t tangle easily, even after a full day out. The cap fits securely and snugly without being too tight, and the adjustable straps are a nice bonus. 4c with baby hair

I got a 2 for 1 deal with the curly hair with the 4C hairline and a curtain bang wig both pre plucked and cut.they both looked stunning very beginner friendly looked like it came from my scalp on both wigs when I tried them on. Wash with clarifying shampoo and hydrating conditioner before and after Install as well as if you need a refresh (making sure to detangle with comb from the ends as well as air dry). I’m on week 2 of the straight wig and it doesn’t look crusty yet I can’t wait to install the curly one

The wig is literally perfect. Is came exactly how i had hoped for to cook. The curls were curling for sure and no shedding literally. It is very much worth the money.

Not to forget customer service. The best customer service i have received from a wig company so far.

I have a large head and most wig stores will not make me a large cap or they charge alot to customize. Subella did this without any extra charge and most places don't offer the 4c hair line that matches my hair. Customer service was great as well!

This is my first time ordering from subella hair and I am so so excited about this purchase! The lace is transparent and pre-cut, the hair is soft and luscious! This wig is absolutely gorgeous and the color is what I’m the most excited about, I never thought I’d look good in this color with blonde highlights but it looks like it was made for me! I’m in Awe!!!!!!❤️❤️

I brought a 4C Hairline Wigs deep wave Curly Wigs 13x4/ 4x4/ 5x5 HD Lace Front Wig With Curly Baby Hair Realistic Hairline 32 inches.
installed on 4/18/2025 and was perfect 2-3 weeks in the hair was bushy mess so I stalled different unit because when I attempted to wash it completely matted. Now maybe this unit has more life if it was shorter but I wasted almost $348. For $348 I should be able to reinstall 4-5 times for curly hair.

I buy hair all the time so I know how to care for it!!!!! This is the worst unless your will to pay this price for 14 day use

I am very pleased with my wig purchases. The wig look so REAL and feel so soft. It’s the natural BABY HAIR FOR MEEEE! I wet it and put some conditioner in it and it kept the wet look all night. I would definitely be buying again and I recommend you try it as well… I LOVE LOVE LOVE my purchase.

Omg I am very pleased with my wig purchases! These days you can never trust how the photos look online lol but I can assure yall it’s accurate. Hair quality is 5 star ⭐️ the way I like it. It’s dense thick not thin at all. The lace is fine. You might need to bleach or tint to your skin tone but I’m very pleased. My first time with the baby hair wigs so I will have to learn how to work with it. Very natural looking. Communication with the seller’s team is awesome! Took about 2 weeks total

The hair is great quality, density is exactly what I order. The natural baby hair is amazing. I washed it upon arrival and deep condition it before the install. I put leave in conditioner and water in a spray bottle. I sprayed the hair and also applied loddy body moose.
UPDATEEEEE......: my review above was before installing this is my review after installing "horrible" the back of the neck hair matte up badly. So after a few days of wear i took it out and washed and deep conditioned it again same thing happened. This is crazy how these companies send you hair that looks great before you install it. A complete waste of over $150 i will change my star 🌟 on this review. They did reach out and ask me to give a review upon arrival and I did after washing it and they gave a $9 reward for the review but I'm not lying to folks about no company this hair i received was horrible after installing it and wearing it a few days.

I absolutely love this hair. I ordered two wigs, the Blonde Highlights Body Wave Human Hair Wig with bangs and 300% Density Popping Curly Glueless HD Lace Front Wig Pre Bleached Ready to Go Human Hair Wig - 16 inch. Both wigs are so beautiful, full and I did not have to do much. I can wear right out the bag. My 1st time ordering but it won't be my last. I am truly happy with my purchase. Buy buy buy, you will not be disappointed!
