I ordered silk flowers from Subsistence June 7th 2025. First of all they charged me $20.71 more than they were supposed to and it was a hassle trying to get it back. Then it took 31 days to receive my order. When I did receive it, there were many flowers and branches that had fallen off when I opened the package. Now I’m finding flowers that have blown off in my yard and the edges are unraveling. Not impressed.

I am giving them a 1 star, but truth be known they deserve no stars. Customer service people must be ignorant or play at being stupid. I have been trying to get across to them that the package that was delivered to my home wasn't what I ordered. So, I give them proof of the company it came from in a picture and a different tracking number from their. Still they insist that I got my package. Offered me $5, 8. No I want my full refund. But, after reading some of your reviews this is money I have lost...I guess

Do not buy it!! The customer service is non existence, I keep on asking for the return label for a refund and there is no answer, terrible company!!

This company sell a product called Body Perfector.
It is absolutely terrible.
It looks like zinc sitting on your skin.
I bought two different colours in my first order to make sure I at least bought the correct colour for me, but neither colour looked good.

The product is like a waxy paint.

Not nice at all.
I asked to send the product back and they wouldn't let me.

They asked me fir photos of the product and barcodes from both packets, which I gave them.
Then they agreed I actually bought their product, which cost me $51.44 USD and refused to give me the return address.

They insisted that the postage would be too costly and so offered me to keep the product which is unusable and give me $5.

When I asked for the return address, they then offered me $8. No address given.

This business is a scam.

The product I purchased was unusable and I was refused the right to the return address.

I'm pretty sure its because they are not actually in the US where they say they are.
Don't waste your money buying from this store.
