Their customer service has always been super helpful and they go above and beyond when an item hasn't worked out.

I’m a fan of the products for years now, the makeup stack is practical, good quality and so easy to travel with. I had an issue with my last order, and it was honestly the best customer service experience i ever had. Fast, no drama and i really felt like they cared about me. I was already a customer and i will happily keep recommending it to my people. Love!

Shipping and customer service are horrible. I ordered in 2024 and was coming back for a repeat purchase but the whole experience has left me emailing UniUni delivery and Subtl for status updates. I cant get a real person to help me. I am trying to dispute the charges to get a refund. I won’t be back again.

I ordered from them in 2024, paid $200 USD, and received my order in Illinois in 3 days. I was pleased with the product quality and the shade picks from my quiz results. Fast forward a year later, it was time to replenish my stack. I reordered the entire stack at $178 USD on sale. It's been 7 days, and my stack is stuck in a Chicago warehouse. They now use UniUni shipping company, which I believe handles shipments from Canada also. I called UniUni customer service and the delay is due to US Customs Inspection. If you notice a delay, that could be the reason. Keep it in mind when ordering.

The order took more than a month to arrive, with no update from the Subtl team. Apparently it "got lost" in shipping, and they had to re-ship it. When the product arrived, I was excited to try it, only to get quickly disappointed when the product was bland, had no smell, and the containers would stick together so there's no use of having it since I can't open it. I spent over $200 CAD on this, and was so sad that this was my experience, I idea behind it was innovative, but they have a lot of work to do to fix it up.

Product is pretty good but the customer service is terrible. They also never have products in stock yet they will push out Email and text advertisements for products that they don’t have.

First purchase came with missing items, a broken item, and a hair embedded in one of the eyeshadow palettes. Customer service was quick and they sent me replacements right away for free.
The product containers are cheap and can easily break. The products inside the containers aren’t secure so they spin and rattle, which makes it not easy to get product on your fingers or a brush to use.
I love the concept of this but I think they need some more work on packaging if they plan to continue charging such high prices for small amounts of makeup.

Very happy with my purchase. Got the starter stack. Foundation wasn't the right color for me and they exchanged for free. I've since purchased another lip/cheek color. Do recommend.
