Bought a suit from Watford branch of Suit Direct today. Paul was very helpful, honest advice, did not make me feel pressured to buy and no unnecessary up selling. Ended up spending more than planned, however this is not a bad thing because the higher quality makes it good value. He was understanding and remained calm when my toddler wanted to run around the store, the little bag of sweets he gave him went a long way to help tame him. This was my first visit to Suit Direct in Watford and won't be my last.

Paul at the Newcastle Monument Mall store has been a fantastic help and his advice and knowledge has been invouable. No pressure selling, just great support and patience. Would recommend!

Only buy if you are 100% sure you want - literally no way to return

Ordered 2 jackets for my brother for his wedding, so he could see which fit better
Returned the unused one ( with all its tags on) which was in itself HUGELY difficult to arrange, with emails back and forth as they couldn’t “find” order!
“Please bare with us, it might take time to come back to you… “etc

When I did finally get a label out of them and found somewhere nearby to return it, I thought that’s another job finally done.

They then sent it back to me saying you are too late????

After ignoring me for 10 days.

So delivered 24th Feb ( order on the 13th)
Started return 18th March…

Not sure now they make that over 30 days.
Oh and it came back in a crushed damaged box with a broken hanger!

So as I said, if you are 100% sure you want it and it will fit - go ahead.

If in any doubt… you won’t be able to return it and they have 0% customer service.

I wouldn’t rate this company at all and if you are preparing yourself for an important event I would look at better alternatives!
These guys were awful they let me down for the most important event of my life!
Their delivery service via EVRI is shocking! No one from Evri keeps you informed or up to date when stuff goes wrong and I only got a response from SD after chasing it up myself, to this day I still haven’t received my goods almost 1.5 weeks after ordering not bad for next day delivery?
So it’s now way over due and far too late for my event, this is a complete disaster and very upsetting for us.
I would not use this company again.

Martin at suit direct in Kingston is amazing and would recommend everyone to visit him. I was blown away by his knowledge and ability to dress my son. I seriously couldn’t recommend him enough. Absolutely fabulous. Would definitely buy from him again. If I could have given more stars I would have done. Really a first class experience.

Martin and the team in Kingston were absolutely fantastic in helping organise the groomsmen’s suits for my wedding. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right for the big day.

As with any large order involving multiple suits and sizes, a few things didn’t go exactly to plan. What really stood out, though, was how Martin handled everything. He kept in touch, explained what was happening, and worked hard behind the scenes to get things resolved quickly. It was clear he wanted to make sure the experience was a positive one and that we had what we needed in time.

Planning a wedding can be stressful, so having someone who takes ownership and helps make things easier makes a huge difference. Martin went above and beyond to sort things out and ensure we were looked after throughout the process.

Visited both their Ashford and Bluewater stores and foolishly purchased the wrong sized jacket at first. They allowed me to swap this in Bluewater even though I'd removed the label, so walked away very happy. Great customer service in both stores.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding which came in a couple of days. Delivery was great and the shoes fit nicely!

Just visited the Leicester store. Been in twice helping my husband and son look for suits. I don’t often write reviews but just wanted to thank Arron, Satu and Rachael for their fantastic service in helping my son get his outfit together. They were so helpful as sizes and fit were awkward. It made for a great experience. Fingers crossed now that delivery goes to plan.

I went to get my groom wedding suit at Suit Direct Kingston and Martin was amazing! He was able to help me pick the colour, suggest modifications and recommend ties and shirt colours to wear. I was really happy with the suits that he recommended and I was extremely pleased with the service by Martin!

I went into the Liverpool store today looking for a tux suit. Was measured up and given advice by Chase he was very knowledgeable and spent time making sure I had the right fit on the suit.
Thanks for all your help, would definitely recommend this store.

We visited the Southampton store yesterday and had a wonderful experience with a particular member of staff, Dieter. He was a great help and really made us feel we’d received good customer service with his knowledge and warmth.
The store was big with lots of choice.
Would recommend!

Went into the Stratford Westfield branch. Ali and Kully were absolutely amazing. Best customer service experience I've ever had when buying a suit. Kully has a good eye for what looks good and fits good and his suggestions were top notch. 10/10, would recommend to anyone in the Stratford Area

I wanted to leave a heartfelt 5-star review for Martin at Suit Direct in Kingston.

Martin truly went above and beyond to help us, especially me, find the perfect wedding outfits. From matching suits and tuxedos to coordinating shoes, suggesting different colours, and offering honest, thoughtful advice, he supported us in literally every way he could.

What stood out most was how he remembered every single detail from our very first conversation. That level of care, attention, and genuine interest is so rare to find. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, exciting, and special.

Martin is like no other in the retail industry. If everybody was like him, every retail company would be successful. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication are unmatched.

Fantastic experience with Martin at the Kingston branch!

Having already seen a few suits elsewhere I headed to my appointment expecting to be disappointed - the prices being similar to hire ones I’d seen I figured the quality would be poor and the service likewise.

How wrong I was! Martin is an absolute suit connoisseur, and nothing was too much trouble throughout my appointment - the sample shirt was a bit big, Martin quickly grabbed me a new one which made the suits I then tried on look much better. Likewise I tried an array of suits for me and groomsmen and Martin worked with us to find the winning combo that would have me stand out on the big day without differing too much.

Quality was good, both me and groomsmen were happy having tried on other suits prior.

Absolutely would recommend booking an appointment, especially if like me you are a Groom leaving things a bit too last minute.

I arrived early with my fiancee to try out suits for our wedding. Martin was really welcoming and accommodating. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making a decision immediately. I ended up finding a lovely suit and got some fantastic recommendations from him. It was a really nice experience.

Horrible customer service - much worse than robotic chatbots.

They just keep responding with same old cut and paste rather than listening.

Had purchased items through holiday which were delayed and delivered while being out of country. Now as i was late for returns by 3 days. They made me keep the clothes that do not fit.

Ordered shoes online,they came in a tatty box.The left shoe had a crease,plus other marks,between the pair.Sent them photos,got an e-mail giving me a refund of £4.95p,which is basically the cost of the postage I paid.There was no word about exchange,full refund or anything.Wish I had read the comments on here before I purchased,I certainly won't be dealing with this company again.
