I recently received the following email: "Suitsmen recently sent you a request to update your review.
You have 2 days to respond to their request.
Note that the business may choose to flag your review for further investigation if the issue isn’t resolved."
I hope they DO investigate this totally fraudulent company and the quality of their merchandise! Reading the recent reviews, it seems they are still doing the same thing three years later.

Disappointed with Product Quality and Poor Return Handling

I recently placed an order with Suitmens and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the items I received—they were poorly made and not as advertised. I contacted their customer service immediately and requested to return the items for a refund, as per their return policy which allows returns within 14 days.

After sending photo evidence (as requested), I was told that the “overall quality of their products is good” and was instead offered a discount on future purchases—without the option to return the items or receive a refund.

This is unacceptable and contradicts their own return policy. Despite being within the return window and providing all required documentation, I was denied the right to return the products. I’ve had to escalate the issue and will be contacting my payment provider to pursue a chargeback if needed.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from Suitmens unless you're willing to keep poor-quality items with no accountability or recourse.

ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL - FALSE ADVERTISING - WHY/HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS!!!!!!

Oh how I wish I could give zero stars! These people are are not a genuine business. How can you display items that are nothing like the garments that are despatched and then not honour refunds??? The material is completely sub-standard and the fit is not for the human race!
I have been trying to secure a refund since July 2024 and still nothing!

Truly a zero. Sizes are wrong. 3 suits and each had smaller shirts than appropriate for USA size indicated. Been trying to reach them since end Dec 2024 with zero response. Told them today I’ll initiate refund by returning and having cc company refund me $$ spent. Worst ever company to deal with!!! They are now trying to say this review belongs to another company. I have the invoices to prove purchase and emails with zero response!! Updated 9/7/25

If I could give zero stars, that would be most appropriate for my experience. First the order took close to a month to arrive. When I received the items they were not as described and very low quality. Contacted them the same day I received the order to request a refund and they offered to refund me $18 for an order that cost over $140. I declined and they offered $30, which I declined as well. They try to make you pay for international shipping with no guarantee that they will refund you. They have a return warehouse in Chicago Illinois so why do I have to pay to ship international to China? They mistakenly sent another order after I asked for a refund that came like two days later from the Chicago return warehouse. I feel like these reviews that give 4 and 5 stars are paid reviews. Don't be fooled. I will never order from them again!

Absolutely extremely Highly recommended.
From my phone call to order my suit, to ordering, and recieving my suit in a couple of days.
It arrived very quickly and well packaged, and the fit is superb.
Speaking to Elizabeth on the phone she is extremely polite , knowledgeable and professional.
I WILL highly recommend Suitsmen to one and all.

Delivered amazing fast and well packed in a nice big cardboard box.
Very nice, good quality Jacket and waistcoat.
Rang back to confirm the waistcoat pockets could be used as they were very tight and flush stitched and a very pleasant representative explained all to me. Excellent customer service all round. No hesitation in using this company again.

Staff bent over backwards to get the order correct and they did,excellent fit,material,colour. Amy was most helpful and polite and friendly.

Order on December 9 2022 did not receive my order on the posted date .
E mail the customer service was told that it would take up to 10 more days to ship my order
Not happy at all with customer service or the process of shipping my order. So i am in the process of a full refund. Guess it take 20 more day to refund it

The delivery was next day & absolutely perfect
I highly recommend this Company & I’ll be shopping there again , as they make buying a suit so easy and affordable
