As outlined in our returns policy, items discounted by more than 25% are eligible for an exchange or a gift card rather than a refund. This is clearly stated prior to checkout and during the checkout process. To remain fair and consistent for all customers, we must apply this policy across all returns.

We’re really sorry to hear about the delay with your order, that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We completely understand your frustration, especially as you paid for next-day delivery and needed your items for your holiday.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected surge in demand during this period, some orders have experienced dispatch delays. That said, this shouldn’t have affected a next-day delivery, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We’ve now refunded your £6 next-day delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill, and we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
