Hello Kevin,
Please accept our apologies. A programming error showed that color of the SK02 in stock, when actually it was not available. An email was sent to you the next day about the back order if you wanted a refund or wait for the back order. In any event, we can immediately refund your purchase, upgrade you to a different shirt at no charge, or wait until the shirts arrive at the warehouse on 1/17. This back order is not as simple as just having the manufacturer (Red Kap) ship more to us. This is a national backorder, meaning the manufacturer is out and did not produce enough to last through the Christmas season.

I like the uniforms
I like the uniforms, I buy the Dickies because the Red Kap while priced lower don't last. Hence you get what you pay for, the turnaround time is really good from ordering to delivery. The only draw back is the accounting department. The one time I called in I literally found the rudest most bad attitude people in the world. Other than that I will continue to use Sullivan.

Great experience! Two minor issues initially, quickly corrected by extremely helpful and courteous staff. Not to mention pricing was unbeatable. I will be using Sullivan for my future needs!
