You had what I needed right on time thanks

communication is now poor, receiving Invoices and payment receipts is difficult, getting return B.O.L.'s
is dam near impossible.
I'm a new customer to Trojan / Summit if things keep the pace they are going it will be a short lived relationship.

First, was quick response, shipment, then delivery of the product. Then, when there was an issue, it was quickly rectified, and the problem was understood ina second.

It has been made clear that I will not take from any supplier that lies to me and you damn near cost me and $18,000.00 order

We didn't buy tracks from you. This invoice is your accounting dept way of trying to fix their screw up and turn a mistake on their part into a BILL.

Price was better than cat pricing, shipping was fast and easy. Was accurately described and transaction went exactly as planned and tracks fit, no problems. I can't rate the quality of the tracks until we see the wear life compared to original tracks. So nothing to improve unless it would be a better price.
