Ordered using the car registration system on the company website. Item delivered didn't fit. Company made me pay for the return. They wanted screenshots of the ordering process as if anybody would keep screenshots in case of problems!
Do not buy from these people. If you really want the product buy on Amazon so that the return would be free and Summit would sacrifice a lot of margin to Amazon. If only one reader fails to order directly from Summit then this review will cost them more than the cost of paying my return delivery costs.

Cannot recommend Summit bars highly enough. Over the moon with my recent roof bars. The website was also super easy to navigate and an easy way to shop for the parts you need.

Serrures antivol pas aisées à mettre en place et difficile à enlever lorsque l'on veut ôter les barres.
Une des clés s'est cassée dans la serrure lors du retrait.

Bought the roof rails recommended for my car for a tentbox, the SURT-957. Installed them just fine but then on first use of the tentbox the rails dropped on one side making them unsafe to use. Contacted Summit, sent in everything they asked for. Then they wanted me to put the rails back on the car to take more pictures, which is ridiculous. Then they offered to refund or replace them but only if i had the original packaging to send them back with. Awful company to deal with

The roof bars arrived promptly, and when setting up, I realised that the instructions were personalised to my vehicle type. Clear instructions, easy to assemble, fantastic quality and not to mention reasonably priced!

Ordered the SURT-957 roof bars to use with a tent box. Order came with one missing component, and one defective component meaning that I could not use my roof rails.

I got in touch with the customer service team ASAP, and let them know about the issue. After much back and forth over several days, I ended up waiting 9 days for replacement parts to be sent to me. This resulted in a cancelled trip with the tent box.

All I have experienced is a complete lack of quality control and poor after sales support.

Very disappointing. Better off spending a bit more on Thule bars.
