I paid for a tiger eye/leather bracelet to be engraved. I received the bracelet, no engraving and the beads were longer than the braiding. I emailed customer service the day I received it stating the above information. I got a return email saying someone would contact me within 30 minutes. 2 days later no one contact me. I called 3 times today, kept asking me to speak my name and Google would connect me. 3rd time Gonzo answers and says "hello" no company name or anything, I said I was unhappy with my purchase and he said no returns. I said it wasn't engraved and the return policy says to contact within 3 days upon receiving. He said there isn't a refund on my purchase and asked multiple times if I want something else, I said NO - Over all im not happy with the bracelet. He said they add extra beads so it won't ever be the same length, I said it looks ridiculous this way and he said its the way they make them. Again I said I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE..... he finally said I can return it for a full refund but I have to pay the shipping fee back to them. Gonzo ensures me he would send return information immediately via email. It has been 7 hours and.....nothing.
I will be filing through my credit card as a fraud. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

The bracelet is beautiful. Delivery was expedient, customer service went above and beyond to help me get this order perfect for my son. I have terminal cancer and wanted this bracelet for my son as a keepsake from me.

The bracelet is great quality, including the clasp. You won’t be disappointed. My son loved it! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately. They went over and beyond to help me and replaced it with the correct size! Amazing products. Amazing company with outstanding customer service! ♥️ I highly recommend them.

The owner personally answered the phone. He was very polite, professional and he gave me a full refund without even asking why I am returning it. He gracefully gave me a full return instantly.

Bought a braclet for my son. Looked just as pictured and very happy with the quality and look. I ordered the recommended size and it was very loose around his wrist so he couldn't wear it. I reached out and they were able to replace it with a smaller size.

The bracelet is beautiful quality and arrived quickly. I should have gotten a smaller size for my son, but it still works. My son loves it and he teared up reading the note. I had a couple of questions about the bracelet and texted the customer service phone number and got my answers immediately. So pleased!

Love the bracelet. Very cool gift for a young man. There was a small error on the wording on the card and the response was quick and the customer service was impressive too. Looking forward to giving it to my grandson.

First of all, I love the bracelet. It’s just as pictured. Can’t wait to give it to my son. Unfortunately, the item I received was not mine and had the wrong initials. That’s frustrating but they responded to my email within minutes and followed that up with a phone call. Hopefully, the new one will get here quickly. Don’t hesitate on ordering from this company.

I couldn’t be happier with this bracelet! The craftsmanship is excellent — you can really tell it’s very well made and high quality. I bought it for my son, and he absolutely loved it. It made such a special gift as he’s going g through a rough patch. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I bought this bracelet for my son because he’s been going through a really hard time lately and I just wanted him to have something he could look down at and remember he’s not alone. When he opened it and read the message, he got really quiet, and I could tell it meant a lot to him. He told me later that it was exactly what he needed to hear. The bracelet is really beautiful, and the engraving made it feel personal without being over the top. As a dad, you can’t always fix everything your child is dealing with, but you can remind them they’re loved. I’m really glad I bought it.

My 2 personalized bracelets never arrived!!! I paid $128 Canadian for bracelets for my children, as a thank you for Mother’s Day. Order was placed April 20, 2026, it is now May 6, 2026!! It appears that my item was lost in Mississauga on April 25, and it is nowhere to be found! My parcel is less than 5 hours away, but lost. I requested a refund, so I can purchase a different gift for my children, but have been refused.. I even paid an extra $9 to have expedited shipping!! This company does not care, that just want your money. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, AS I BELIEVE THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! EDIT!!! Mr 2 bracelets arrived on May 12,2026 via Canada post. They are quite nice, however they were ordered on April 20, due to arrive by April 27th. These were gift to my children for Mother’s Day. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, they did NOT arrive in time. I will say that the bracelets are very nice, and appear to be good quality, they are useless to me now, until next Mother’s Day. If I’m still alive by that point. I’m disappointed, and upset
