This company is a scam
I purchased the Sunbeam Horizon F1 Cardinal phone and within days of use, the phone started shutting down and refusing to power on - often requiring me to remove the battery and re-seat it to be able to power it back on. I was not receiving calls or even missed call notifications. I kept receiving pop-ups saying "Setting up visual voicemail". I contacted sunbeam support within the 30 day refund window who said they could send a replacement battery. I refused and asked for a refund. They honored the return and sent a partial refund (I'm out 30 dollars). My brother purchased the same phone and experienced the same exact issues but opted for the RMA and the replacement phone is having the same issues. We have had multiple batteries and multiple carriers. These phones are defective. He is now attempting to get a refund and return the replacement device, but they will not honor the refund. This company is shady and their customer support is horrible. Don't get scammed by this company
