A trustworthy & well organized company with outstanding products
I’ve been ordering products from Sun Coast Sciences for a number of years. The company continuously has researched, improved and responded to the rapidly changing health & fitness as well as cosmetic health needs of what I consider a population that has been sorely let down by the standard medical system and the outrageous beauty industry. Dr. Mark Rosenberg’s highly informative posts in how and why products are developed are greatly appreciated as well as scientifically verifiable. Ethically, the company recognizes that different products have varying outcomes when used by different people. They honor their clientele with a generous return policy. Their customer service team are well-trained professionals who know the products and the kinds of glitches a buyer might encounter when placing an order. That’s pretty amazing given how so many on-line customer service people are like broken records, unavailable or down right rude. I am a big fan of their skin care products, both topical and interior. I believe the products I use have had a significant impact on my sense of well-being and physical appearance. One other brilliant aspect of their on-line website is the customer private portal which I find provides me with complete, accurate information. Works for me
I bought a promotional package with 3 bottles, and because I liked it so much I gave one to my daughter. She didn't like it as much as I did, maybe it's because of their own particular skin, or maybe the product is really developed for more mature skin. But it did work for me. Andres, the customer service attender, helped me with questions regarding my order.

Great Customer Service!
I have tried a variety of products with Sun Coast and been happy with them. One product I tried made my skin too dry. I contacted customer service and they told me what to do to get a full refund.
I sent the product back with a tracking number yesterday and got my money back today! I talked with several of the customer service people and they were all very helpful! It was a wonderful experience!

The heading said, "These Top 5 'Budget'
Skin-Care Brands Work BETTER Than $190+ Creams." The top 4 were listed, but there were critical comments on each description. In order to see the #1 spot, I had to "watch this 5 min video" which was more than 35 minutes long. My thought was that if they would lie about that, they would lie about their product as well. After reading many of the reviews on Trustpilot, I believe my assumption was correct. I did not order this product.

I some how bought 6 when I thought I only ordered two. I am on my first bottle and haven’t noticed anything and was surprised when it so quickly ran out. Turns out there is alot of gel still left that does not come through pump. Very disappointed considering price I paid. Note, nothing on bottle says to shake but I did shake before use.

I’m so sorry for any hiccups with your bottle. What you’re describing is actually something we hear now and then, and the good news is: it usually just means the airless pump needs a little priming. This type of strawless pump is specially designed to keep your serum fresh, potent, and free from contamination.
Try turning the bottle upside down and hitting it against the palm of your hand a few times, then pressing down on the dispenser up to 30 times to create the vacuum seal that gets things moving. Doodoo garbage service. Insanely bad phone reps. Had to call multiple times because they started a monthly service instead of a one time order. The phone rep answered and all I heard was music, dogs, and kids. I called hello 3 or 4 times before anyone answered.
