Don’t buy anything, it’s scam. Waiting one month for my parts, and nothing came. I contact with them, but I didn’t receive any reply.

First class service-I opted for the company to replace my lenses-got a prepaid label to send them off and were returned via signed for delivery. Immediate response when messaging!

AVOID - not genuine replacement parts. Customer services suggested my Ray Ban sunglasses were not genuine instead of accepting the mistake. Very disappointing and insulting. Waste of money.

Excellent customer service. Messaged and received a response in minutes. Ordered the wrong lenses, no problem just sent them back and the correct pair arrived 3 days later.
If you are looking for a great experience these are your guys.

Had a first class experience with this company. They sent me three different lenses to try because I'm fussy. I sent back the lenses I didn't need and got the quickest refund that I've ever had from any company.

Found on line , was surprised how fair the prices were . Sadly I measured my frames wrong and received lenses that were not right . These guys were great in helping me send them back and identify the right lenses! After this it became hard for them to track down the right size and color even offering to cut knew ones for no extra cost . Sadly the color I wanted had been discontinued, but I cannot rate how good they were at communicating with me and the lengths they went to in there almost relentless quest to help me ! So although they were unable to do it this time , it wasn’t with out trying everything and how polite they were. Will defiantly be back when I break a knew pair.

In all my experience (bearing in mind I am now 62y old), I have never received customer service and customer care like I have experienced with Ray Ban. In particular, the main man that I dealt with was called Barry. His customer service skills were second to none, so friendly it was like dealing with your best friend. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to deal with my needs.
Over the last 40 years I have always had Ray Ban’s sunglasses and it was only last year that I found out I could get prescription near and far sighted lenses fitted to any spare pair of Ray Ban frames I had at Sunglass Repairs UK FYI - I am so impressed with the service and the quality of the product over the last year I now own a pair of distant lensed sunglasses, transition brown SV reading glasses and a spare pair non-transition reading glasses, which cater for all my needs in the sunshine or rain.
I compared the prices and I am amazed that Ray Ban glasses are in fact no more expensive than a privately owned high street optician, and only a little more expensive than high street bargain opticians, with 2 for 1 offers. Rather than using the latter I decided at the end of the day you get what you pay for! The choice between conveyor belt customer service by shop assistants, cheaper looking products mean cheaper prices OR Ray Ban’s excellent qualified customer assistance, stylist looking product, at a very good competitive price ....I know which one I would choose!

Found this company by chance online. Had two pairs of raybans that needed repair. Their response to my query was super quick. Sent the glasses on Tuesday and received them back on Saturday.

Great customer service, and easy process. Literally posted my Raybans (aviators) to them using the tracked signed for label which they provide and then paid the extra £10 for fitting of the lenses. Returned within a week of sending - look just like new and saved me £100 which would have been the extra for completely new glasses.

Would 100% recommend and use again.

They initially sent the wrong part but after contacting they sent the correct item, both took 3 days to arrive and communications was polite and understanding.
