I ordered 10 rolls of BLACK pla plus 2.0...I received 10 rolls of multi coloured assortment....they have messed me around offering a 70% refund which I agreed to then said it has to be a coupon for their store so I said I will just have a full refund and it is ready for collection..they won't refund me and I've been ignored so now taking action through Lloyds bank who are going to reverse the charge in a week.

I purchased Sunlu HS PLA (high speed PLA) 5 spools. 3 of the 5 turned out to be faulty (Sunlu support unable to resolve the problems). It's taken a good month to work through the support with them (whilst their English is undoubtedly better than my Chinese it's certainly far from great) and though unable to help, they refused to refund me in full for these three spools despite my pointing out that this is my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have stated that the filament is a consumable and opened, but the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies to opened consumables which are faulty.

Despite the website saying my order would be dispatched in 1-2 business days, it took over two weeks for it to be sent out. I contacted sunlu multiple times via email and chat and have still not had any replies. There was no option to cancel my order on the website. I did then get a response when contacting them via Facebook messenger but they just said the warehouse had been busy because they had a promotion on.

Won’t use them again unless ordering filament well in advance of actually needing it.

Edit: I had given them 2 stars but it's dropped to 1. The filament finally arrived but one of the spools was broken so could not be mounted on my Bambu AMS Lite. I asked for a replacement, sending a video of the broken spool and they said I should just dry the filament!!!!

Edit: After weeks of absolute nonsense from the support team they’ve finally refunded me. It’s been really frustrating and a massive waste of time. Had no problems with orders in the past but will never use them again after this experience.

SUNLU are my absolute go to for filament supplies. They carry a pretty coherent stock in the UK and offer some great deals on their website. Delivery is consistently great with either next day or 3 day delivery being offered. The quality of the PLA+ has removed the snapping issues I had in my Bambu AMS' and is a pleasure to see printed in multicolour on the Prusa XL. Buy with confidence

I’ve been using Sunlu for around a year, their filaments have always provided high quality trouble free printing.

Have used Sunlu filament for years on various 3D printers. Recently using the High Speed PLA on Bambu printers with excellent consistent results. Delivery is always quick and tracking information provided. Price point is great especially on bulk buys very competitive.

Excellent service and good deals when they have stock. I bulk buy the standard translucent resin and have never had any problems with quality of prints. There are better for details but only slightly better and much more expensive resins but sunlu does the job for me. If I need it a little less brittle on parts I mix in some abs like at about 30% ratio.

Filament is always perfect and they have some of the best prices. Quality is always great.
