They have the best perfume ive ever smelled and some others that smell as expensive and authentic as well. The only problem is that they did not last as long and strong as I expected them to on clothes. Their oils are beautiful but I expected them to be a lot more fragrant for longer. You would have to reapply the oil and the perfume but because they're a bit expensive I feel bad spraying a lot lol. The service in white city was beautiful though. The seller gave me advices and helped me choose and the packaging was amazingg. He sprayed the whole bag with the perfume and because the material of the bag absorbs the perfume well my room and closet smelled like it for 3 days straight because of it. Even I smelled of the perfume simply from the bag returning back home, thats why I expected it to last as long on clothes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the oils variety and their fragrances.

purchased one of the oil bottles last week and asked whether I could receive the Blue Light discount, as I have done on previous occasions. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was not helpful at all and seemed more focused on serving me quickly than providing proper customer service. I was made to feel as though I was being rushed and dismissed, which I found quite upsetting. The shop was not even busy I was the only customer.

I am also a member and have been a loyal customer of Sunnah Musk from the very beginning, regularly purchasing the Abid Amber oil. Because of this, I was particularly disappointed with the experience. The level of service I received has genuinely put me off the brand, which is not something I expected after being such a long-standing customer.

He make me buy the spry instead of the oil perfume, keep it up.

Excellent customer service, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the customer loyalty points. I saved on the four products I brought, both on loyalty points and instore offer.

I purchased Oud De Amber from the Sunnamusk at Westfield, but unfortunately, the product I received was noticeably weaker than the one I was shown. The scent completely fades within 1–2 hours.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time. I had the exact same experience years ago with their "Abid Ambre" fragrance bought from their Southall branch.

This recurring issue leads me to believe Sunnamusk may be selling diluted versions of their display samples to the public. I’ve never encountered this kind of discrepancy with any other perfume brand. Very disappointing.

This perfume is absolutely gorgeous. I was given a test strip when I was shopping in Westfields shopping centre by one of the sales reps and could not stop smelling the card. When I got home I went to their website and placed an order. They had a sale and discount code which was a very nice touch. I am very much into middle eastern fragrances and this is extremely well done.

The assistant listened to my description of a scent I was interested to purchase. He showed me all the fragrances that matched what I was looking for, found the perfect one. Thank you my brother loves it.

Absolutely annoying as nails on a chalkboard.
Plain oil with no smell at ALL. literally lasted like half a second (if that makes sense) before disappearing like dust in the wind. Bought it at Westfield Houslow, and before we even reached primark, POOF! no smell. And guess how much it costed? If you said £112.00, You're correct! We could've bought 2 perfumes from a perfume shop that last at least a week with that much money. Would NOT even Recommend to my enemies, stay away from this stupid "company".

I had bought Sunnamusk oil based perfume before, so it didn't take long to convince. The perfumes last all day and there is a variety fragrances to choose from. I will recommend Sunnamusk to all my friends.

I visited the ariel way westfield branch of Sunnamusk.
I was served by Sabreena who was very helpful. She listened to me attentively and answered all my questions.
I wanted two fragrances and when I asked her which was nicer she explained that both were nice, and it was down to personal preference.
Very grateful for Sabreena"s good customership
